The property was bright and cheerful, well appointed, and extremely clean when we entered the lobby. The staff was friendly and efficient and got us checked in within a few minutes of arrival. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and very well maintained.

I was disappointed that the pet fee was $50 for 1-4 nights. That $50 added up to more than 1/3 the cost of the room for one night. I guess it's better to pay that than to not be able to bring our dog on vacation with us, but it felt excessive. Perhaps a lesser, per day fee would be a better policy and then a break at 3 days or more. You've got my credit card info and it could be charged if my pet caused any damages to the room.

The breakfast was great. Good selection. Jay was available most mornings to prep our tray, warm our food and take our tray when we were finished. It was nice to get the special attention. The facility was clean and the amenities were nice. Loved having the full sized refrigerator and dishes in the room. Also liked the closet curtain and curtain by the bed.

Had asked for the lamp bulb to be changed, (it burned out) but it did not get changed.

The room was a great use of the space, the shelves and kitchenette were terrific. The towels and bed linens were the freshest, crispest ones I have ever had at a hotel. So clean and quiet everywhere.

A few more offerings at breakfast, like yogurt or another form of protein would be appreciated.

The check-in process was smooth and I was asked if I had a preference of being on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The room temperature was comfortable, the room was very clean, and it was stocked with plenty of towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and toilet paper. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The staff was extremely friendly at breakfast and everything was clean. I will definitely stay again!

the distance to the castle of Muskogee was close to our destination, it had a pool although we didn’t use it I also liked the continental breakfast

the breakfast selection was slim by the time we made it to breakfast we did go at 9 and they stopped it at 10am but most everything was gone when we got there I got the last omelet and my husband got one of the last few waffles .

I read the reviews for this property before I made a reservation. This hotel is beautiful and super clean. In fact our room was so clean we didn’t want to mess it up. The staff was friendly and very attentive.

The decor was modern without being "garish ". The room was well appointed especially for the cost! The beds were exceptionally comfortable with plenty of pillows! Our room on the top floor was very quiet.

Muskogee , Oklahoma appears to be really struggling.

We were pleased with everything from the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and even the complimentary breakfast. The next time we're in Muskogee, this is where we'll stay!

Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and made us feel at home, our bill was $24 less than quoted on line. We travel 3 or 4 times a year and this was probably the cleanest and nices hotel we have been to. We will be using your services for now on when we travel. Thank you very much

Nothing, it could not of been nicer

Very clean, staff seen cleaning every day and hand sanitizer on every floor.

I understand with covid we can't be too safe. But, with that said the complimentary breakfast menu could be better or maybe change each day. Although... Jae's hospitality made our breakfast experience a whole lot better, so I really shouldn't complain.
