Great location.

People were pleasant. Clean rooms. Great breakfast

The location of the room, the mini fridge, the beds, cleanliness,. I really liked the phone call before we arrived to check whether we wanted a king or two queens. The man on the phone was very friendly. Also the man who checked us in was very nice and friendly.(maybe the same person)

My sister uses a walker and couldn't get up from the toilet without assistance. I was able to use the luggage holder beside the stool, between the toilet and shower and she could use the top for support. Maybe have taller toilets or have rails available for non-handicapped rooms?? Do you have some rooms with a tub? Might be nice for those who still prefer a tub bath. I wish breakfast was until 10a.m. for those of us who like to sleep late. There wasn't any Kleenex. The box was empty. For us old people with poor eyesight, better lighting would be nice. Even with all the lights on, the room was a little dark. These are suggestions. All in all, the room was ok and we did make it to breakfast once! The positives outweighed the negatives.

The rooms were very nice, and very quiet for being so close to the highway. The grassy areas for walking your dog seem to be cleaned somewhat regularly. The coffee was good and I liked having the option of toppings like chocolate chips for my waffles. The muffins were good.

The fried eggs were cold and the tater tots were very soft. Would have liked a bagel or something simple like that. I could tell we were in a pet-friendly room because there was still fur in the carpet from past guests.

Location made it easy to get to. Check in was very good and breakfast, for the price, was awesome! Each member of the staff that I encountered seemed to genuinely care about how they did their jobs. I don't know what you pay your people but they should get paid enough to want to continue working there. All around, great job!

Not a big fan of the small pillows. Other then that, no complaints what so ever.

The breakfast area can be a popular place. Good breakfast with several options both cold and hot. The staff is super nice. Indoor pool was clean and towels restocked throughout the day. It was cold in the lobby and theres only one elevator but thoes are my only issues.

I didn't like there only being one elevator.

Room was nice and clean. Everything was clean. Okay breakfast.

Breakfast needs to be observant of Gluten-Free guests. Pool sign says opens 6:30. Tried to use pool at 9:30, but not unlocked. Gym had nice equipment, but room need ventilation. Room smells horrible of the rubber floor. There is an air conditioner, but no ventilation venting the nasty smell.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We had real coffee grounds in the room and made small cups in the morning, which was nice, the coffee in the breakfast area was instant coffee.

Coffee is the only thing I would change. Real coffee in the breakfast area would be nice. Although the previous pet owners have not cleaned up the dog poop and you have to really watch where you step to avoid it when you walk your dog! Need a sign and dog poop bags to encourage cleaning up after your pet.

i really enjoyed how thick the walls were;) and how how comfortable and clean the beds were. the bathroom was also clean and nice. breakfast was pretty good.

The decorations were ugly, and the towels were too small for my huge body. It barely covered my but. Breakfast could’ve been better.

Breakfast was good--location was an issue--not easily accessible or to exit. Room was good and Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Only problem I can see is access to Hotel. Difficult to get to as we are going North and not easy to get to highway at 6:30 AM as we are leaving.
