Breakfast, attentiveness of employees and room size, comfort for the Price. A bad hail storm passed through while there and they made us comfortable, kept us up to date on what was going on and responded quickly to issues/damage done.

Wish the bathroom was bigger and hot tub jets worked. Just sitting in still hot water is more like taking a really huge bath so that was disappointing.

the location to Ft Sill. the hot breakfast. the front desk staff was very informative. The janitors were always asking if we need anything & also washed a load of laundry ; dried & folded & brought up to our room along with a basket full of fresh towels. the lobby is spacious. they have a beautiful fireplace with couches & chairs to visit as a group. The pool was warm & clean as well as the hot tub. I will definitely stay at the Lawton, OK location when I visit my son

the 🥶 freezing cold outdoors. (completely out of the establishments control). which means. I have zero complaints.

Breakfast was great. Dining area was clean and inviting. Breakfast area was well organized. The man who attended the area was friendly and helpful.

Pillows had a bit of a funky smell like they weren’t really fresh. There was a sign that promised to provide small items that the guest might have forgotten. I asked for a toothbrush because I had forgotten mine. None were available.

Good location. Coffee 24/7 in the lobby which is great. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. Good, free WiFi.

Rooms really need a remodel. Furniture in pretty bad shape. Air conditioners loud in some rooms (we've stayed here a few times). My TV remote didn't work but I didn't have time to watch much anyway.

The breakfast option was quite satisfactory. Sufficient food selections, well presented and the prepared food quite good.

My shower had mildew in it that needs treating. Also there were invoicing issues that are not resolved.

Pillows were flat & not comfortable. I’m pretty sure they were feather. My wife & I had serious allergies there. We had to request a bathtub. Luckily one was available so we switched rooms. The first room we got the floors were dirty needed cleaning. Ive never been in a hotel that had only showers . Needs an upgrade. Closet door in our room would not shut. Staff was very nice though.

Spacious room, plenty of t.p. and toiletries provided. Easy check in and check out. Even with Covid restrictions staff provided a cold breakfast each morning.

There were crumbs on the counter top in kitchen area. Dust on the coffee maker, Pull out sofa bed is the worst I've ever tried to sleep on and I'm 68 years old. I've slept on quite a few. Also the a/c unit needs to be in the area where the bed is as the folks there couldn't even feel the air, had to go buy a fan, and I on the sofa bed froze all night. Had to call down and ask for extra blankets.

Due to Covid we only had pre- boxed breakfast (bagel, hard boiled eggs in cryovac and a yogurt) and only had cleaning service if requested.... Not really able to evaluate what "could have been" Building and facilities were fine... a bit dated but no problems. Bed and room were comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was good for our needs to be close to Fort Sill

Not much for breakfast. Only coffee, two hard boiled eggs, bagel with cream cheese, and yogurt

Got bit by bedbug. Found one day of departure Did not like paying more through booking.com than I could have gotten directly through the hotel.

The breakfast was good-especially the egg omelet. Breakfast staff extremely courteous and helpful. Nice breakfast area--clean. checkout easy concierge helpful
