Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toledo South - Perrysburg, an IHG Hotel

Excellent. Wait staff as well as desk staff was just fabulous! We enjoyed the ease of transportation to and from hotel, for example, the staff pointing out I could just call from the rental car center to be picked up rather than go to the main terminal!

I was attending an event at Funnybone. The room was greatly located. Loved the bathroom size, only down, there was no shower gel in the container. Loved the large window. The lounge seat was a bonus,, the husband really enjoyed it.. Bed was comfy

Very nice, clean hotel with an excellent front desk staff. Very helpful with all of our requests. The breakfast stayed open late which we really appreciated and was fully stocked and tidy. The location was perfect for our needs.

We requested clean towels, once on the phone and once to the housekeeper, before we finally gave up and went to the front desk and got our own. The housekeeper in the hall said she had none to spare. We didn't expect the room to be made up, just wanted clean, dry towels. Should not have been such a hassle.

Location is perfect - 5 mins drive from the main highway, easy to reach and enough to get rid of noise. Hotel is quiet and clean. Room is comfortable, the air temperature is easily adjustable, and air conditioner is not so loud.

Breakfast is not good from my opinion. You have better options outside the hotel.

Checking in was very easy and the person at the front desk was very friendly. The chair in the room was comfortable and the channel guide was very handy. The lighting was excellent with plenty of workspaces. Finally, the room was quiet even with fireworks occurring outside.

The key card setup was different from what I was used to and there were no instructions on how to use the card. Also, the card did not work on the first round and necessitated a return trip to the front desk with my bagage. Finally, while I know this was not in the control of the hotel, it was difficult to enter the driveway of the hotel due to road construction. Other signage around other entrances would be great.

great location, near restaurant and mall. open,flat, clean parking lot. lobby organized. early check out, no breakfast. awe. towels soft and new. refrigerator area quiet and spaced well. return another day for stay. thank you.

not one thing

From the map, it looked like it was in a strip-but actually on it's own but near a nice shopping area with lots of shops, places to eat in walking distance. Very clean, looked like a new hotel. Manager said only 5 years old.

Nothing really didn't like. It was a very nice hotel.

Loved the pool but wish it was a bit warmer. Breakfast was awesome so many choices Staff very friendly. Highly recommend staying there I will be back

Need to control the moisture better I feel like since it was August and humid everything felt damp

We only need to stay for one night. We were pleasantly surprised with the state of the room. The furniture was well designed and comfortable. We appreciate that we could get a room with a pull out sofa. It was a perfect fit for our family of five. We will continue to look for Holiday Inn Express's on our travels.
