Best Western Penn-Ohio Inn & Suites

Everything was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the carpets need to be shampooed.

The carpet was looked clean, but when you walked on it, it left a the bottom of your feet dirty.

It was nice to see that they still had coffee and prewrapped muffins and yogurt available for breakfast with the pandemic, they provided gloves while fixing your coffee so nothing was touched by anyone else. We were able to get a handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower it was amazing, definitely would get that room again. First time my husband was comfortable taking a shower.

Definitely not the hotels fault but we had neighbors that talked very loud and finally stopped around 1:30am so sleep was minimal that night.

We got a good sized room for the money with a couch, easy chair and king size bed. Very clean and comfortable. Also, it was very quiet considering it's near the interstate (our room was on side away from the interstate so may be able to hear the trucks on the other side).

You clearly list this as a pet friendly hotel, however at check in we were informed there are no pets. Outside, however, was a person walking their dogs. So for an extra mere $20 per night per dog, they could stay. That would have been $160.

The freaking pool is closed because of Covid-19. FYI, chlorine kills the virus. You can't catch it in the pool, but we couldn't use the pool which was part of the reason for booking.

Extremely clean, friendly staff, and quite. Stayed in the king whirlpool suite. It was spacious and whirlpool tub was extremely clean.

There is an extra $200 damage protection fee that we did not know about until we got to the property. would be helpful to know ahead of time.

The location is convenient. Hubbard is a nice town for a brief visit. The breakfast offered a good choice of foods.

Bathroom should have been a little cleaner. Room to improve coffee in the breakfast service; their coffee wasn''t good that morning.

nothing really..we wanted to walk to dinner (we were in a 15 foot U-haul) and we had to cross over a large street with 4 lanes of traffic. That was the only thing. You can easily drive across in a car.

front desk guy, very nice, polite, respectful person, I love that the most. Hotel very clean. Had good waffles and a couple cups of coffee. we will stay here again.

I love the pool and the jacuzzi. It's very quiet and peaceful even thought you are right off the highway. I stay here maybe 6-10 times a year since it's my halfway point to Indiana. Lots of parking

We really enjoyed the on-suite hot tub, the water gets extremely hot which I LOVE. It can of course be cooled down to a lower temp, but if you like your spa baths to be like a real hot tub this place definitely has what you are looking for! The room was large and included a microwave and mini fridge.

The hot breakfast buffet was closed due to COVID-19, which I usually really enjoy participating in during my hotel stays, but they did provide a grab and go style breakfast with water, muffins, granola bars, oatmeal packets, and a few cold items. The swimming pool and public hot tub were open, however, you had to book an appointment because there was social distancing guidelines in place, so it made going to the pool a bit of a hassle.
