Comfort Suites Grove City - Columbus South

Customer service by Ron is exceptional, fast check in , very welcoming. Great with kids and family. Amy in the breakfast was awesome too. Keeping everything clean and organized making sure everything and everyone was fine. We do travel a lot for jiu jitsu, so we stay a lot in hotels , this hotel exceeded our expectations , staff like Ron and Amy is admirable. Super nice and very welcoming and attentive . Spaces were big, bathroom sparkling clean. Pool is awesome too. Breakfast in the morning has a good variety of options you can have for breakfast and Amy and Ron were there also making sure all of us had what we needed. This is a 5 start customer service and facility to stay for anyone staying in the Columbus area. Next competition we have here we are staying again at this hotel for sure. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was very good. Could have had a little more in the way of fresh items (fruit, etc.) but good variety and immaculately clean (an attendant monitored continuously throughout the breakfast hours). Location was good—convenient and felt reasonably safe. Great for business travel.

If I was vacationing, things to do within walking distance, but this place really seems targeted towards business travelers so I wasn’t expecting that.

Very clean

Took 30 mins to get someone at the desk at 1:30pm. We arrived early to be a head of the storm coming. Said I wanted to see if I could check in and he instantly cut me off and said my room was still being cleaned with out even asking my name. My intention was to try and get checked it and get internet due there being little to no cell service with AT&T there for some reason.

It was VERY clean (the entire hotel - room, lobby, kitchen and eating area and lobby bathrooms) beds were comfortable, a lot of great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Also convenient location to the highway, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

A little noisy being next to a major highway, but not awful. Also, (seems picky, but) didn't like the location of the toilet paper roll (it was back too far.)

I can’t think to say anything bad. So clean, nice & spacious room. Over the years, I’ve noticed many hotel bathrooms weren’t getting cleaned like they should. Their bathroom was sparkling clean, stain free tub & I really appreciated that. Perfect location. Nice heated pool stays open til 9. Will be my new go to!

It was close to shopping and restaurants.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. We booked a hotel with a pool obviously because we wanted to enjoy a nice swim… well, the pool was green. So, we didn’t even bother getting in. A little disappointing.

people were friendly, impeccably clean,great amenities and the breakfast was good. in short I can see why people rated the hotel so highly! Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

coffee could have been a little warmer and breakfast hours could also have been longer so you could sleep longer!

The breakfast was okay! I do wish it had had a couple of fresh fruit options and hot chocolate, but otherwise a variety of different choices to choose from and the staff was right there to assist if needed.

This is the best stay at a hotel that I've had in a very long time! The entire building was very, very clean....to the point it even smelled clean throughout! The rooms were so spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The furnishings were very, very nice and I felt very at home! The breakfast was perfect and everyone we encountered was very kind. I will definitely stay here again!

The lady that checked us in was very friendly! Nubia wasn’t there that day but we come back because of her hospitality. The younger gentleman at the front desk originally wouldn’t allow us a later check out but then left the decision up to the cleaning staff. He only allowed an extra hour and then called our room 30 minutes into that hour to see if we were there. They weren’t busy as it was a weekday and not near full capacity. We will be back again despite that.
