Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Make sure you get up early and take advantage of this. Coffee is great!! Also great pool for family. Free laundry machine making drying towels easy! Nice patio area with gas fire and also grill for cooking. Cute water feature also. Convenient location right of the highway. Nearby many great attractions. Rooms are very roomy for what we needed. Had a little kitchen area so you can bring meals and cook to save money. Walmart nearby and gas station across the parking lot

Only complaint I can think of is the pool was a bit chilly. But also it was 50 degrees at night. Mid 70s during the day. Not sure if the air conditioner was on in the pool room but honestly that's the only thing 👍😊

The breakfast was outstanding! The hotel personnel were very nice and helpful! The location of the breakfast nook was just right! All in all this hotel was amazing!

breakfast was great, room was clean and stylish.. completely accommodating for our needs. we will defiantly use this hotel again in the future for our family Columbus trips to the zoo and waterpark

nothing major but communication in the cafeteria for breakfast wasn't up to par. the kitchen staff told us there was no more syrup for the waffles. we left to go grab some to use because all the kids wanted waffles. when we came back, there was syrup. lol. it was just inconvenient lol.

Breakfast was great with decent choices. The waffles are always a favorite and my daughters loved the endless bacon!

Luckily, it was as we were finishing breakfast, but a woman and 5 children came in for breakfast but not one of them had shoes on. Disgusting and unsanitary. Maybe post a sign that says shoes are a requirement for service (should go without saying). Also, maybe heat the pool a little more, it was chilly!

The staff was amazing, the location was so convenient to everything we needed. I loved that I was able to cook in the room and they had everything we need.

The breakfast wasnt the best but its was ok. The oatmeal was not hot that was disappointing. We were hoping baking good but the case was empty at 8am sunday morning. All and all the breakfast wasnt the best but wasnt the worst. I do however wish the pool was heated more. It was freezing for a indoor pool

Beds were comfortable, staff was friends and everything was clean

I didn’t care that there was no housekeeping on the weekends and I had to keep going to the front desk for trash bags, towels and linens. Breakfast area was small and very crowded.

The room was very nice. King suite; so kitchenette area and living room area, and bed and bath had doors to close off. Very nice for two where one is an early riser, and one might sleep a bit longer.

The breakfast was being shutdown very fast at 9:30 as ending time stated.

the neglect of the property. I paid $160 a night and yet I had a hole in the ceiling at the shower from I would assume a leak from a pipe or the floor above. I had a closet but no closest doors.

Check in was fast , Michael was very helpful and so the other staff,kitchen inside room , sofa bed . Side entrance with card near parking. Comfortable sleep. Family friendly.

Smell of flooring or carpet inside room , improved after good housekeeping cleaning (once a week) which I wish if at least every other day.

Hotel was super nice, pool was great, the court yard was really nice to just sit and hangout! The breakfast was good and the free dinner on Monday and Tuesday was nice!

The key cards were annoying! We had to keep getting them reset bc would not work on the door.
