Pamela was the first point of contact with this hotel before arriving. The highest level of customer service was given. The second point was with Samantha awesome assistance and again great customer service. The third contact was with DeAndre. He was the icing on the cake for one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. DeAndre was courteous from our point of entrance until we ended our stay. Then finally Pamela thanked us while we were really thanking her for a great time due to the great hospitality we received. We will return without hesitation. Thank you again for a WONDERFUL hotel stay.

First of all the hotel staff are amazing. From the desk to the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff, everyone was absolutely wonderful. The desk accommodated 2 rooms next to each other and the breakfast staff made my son a waffle when it wasn't an option. The rooms are clean and spacious and the fitness center is well equipped. There is a nice small pool for the kids to play in as well. The hotel is right off the highway and close to Cleveland. The staff are the highlight of this hotel!

Not much wrong, there could have been more extra amenities like lotions, small snacks and water. The breakfast, though varied, could have fresher options.

the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my staff. rooms were cleaned regularly and I always plenty of towels and such.

it’s not the property’s fault but there is a train right next door and it can be loud. also the walls are somewhat thin, so I was able to hear guests above me. The location was ok… there is only food and gas, which is practical, you will have to drive a little for activities.

Rooms are always nice and clean in beds are comfy

Pool water was very cloudy and at breakfast while waiting to use the toaster the staff member stood in front of me and toasted 10 waffles instead of waiting and allowing the guests to use it and then she could have continued what she was doing afterwards I thought that was very rude. She did say thank you for being patient and waiting however the rest of my food got cold while I was waiting to make toast. I ended up throwing it All away

They had an excellent breakfast. Everything was set up very nice and neat. Everyone was very friendly. They ask me was anything they could do for me. They was very concerned making sure I was getting the service that I needed.

It wasn't nothing that I didn't like. I love everything that they did the smile and their kindly.Everything was excellent I would always come back here if I have to come again to Ohio. It was excellent.

The hotel was VERY clean and the staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Good breakfast and exercise room. Close to stores, restaurants, and expressway access.

The pool is rather small for a property of this size. It was not an issue for me but might be a consideration for others.

Breakfast was made special by the two women working, Denise and Wanda, they showed up when weather was awful and are they fantastic at their job., they made us smile on a very sad day as we were traveling for a funeral. Give these two ladies a raise! All staff in hotel were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable, extra pillows a plus.

I liked the cantina area near the front desk with snack and drink options. There was quite a large variety and it was really appreciated when we had a late-night snack craving! The night-time front desk employee was very pleasant. We LOVED the breakfast employee. There were two, but our main contact was with a petite blonde woman who was cheerful and very helpful (the other woman was very nice as well, but we just didn't have as much time interacting with her).

Our room felt a little hot and humid, despite being set at 65 degrees.

Easy to find location, very friendly staff, clean facility. Breakfast was fine. Nice big towels. Decent toiletries provided. Loved the nice big shower which had great water pressure.

The room could use an additional chair for guests to sit. The room was on the small side and there was only space for one suitcase to be opened. I didn't like that. I also like it when there is a small soap dish in the bathroom for the provided soap so that it doesn't have to sit on the counter after it's been used.

There is a great restaurant just across the parking lot that at check in the front desk told us about. She said if you tell them you are staying here you get a discount on your meal. It was 15%!! Very good food and atmosphere!

Everything was great..room was sparkling...food container left in frig. nothing disgusting. Told the front desk at check out and she was very receptive!
