Sierra Inn Minot

The property was easy to find and in a great location. The hotel was clean throughout including our room. It was quiet for the most part and had very comfortable beds. Our room was nice size and even though the sign at the front desk said that due to staffing that housekeeping may not be in to clean daily, they were in our room as evident by the condition of the room from when we left that morning to when we came back that evening, which was very nice.

The only thing that I would say that could be improved is the breakfast offerings. I am grateful that there was a breakfast available and what I had was great, but for them to advertise a deluxe breakfast and only offer assorted cereals, toast, fruit and mini donuts, didnt really come off to me as a deluxe breakfast. They also did have one waffle making station so there was another choice if you didnt want cereals for breakfast. I just think it would have been nice if it had some other hot offerings such as scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon. Perhaps even bagels and cream cheese or English muffins and maybe yogurt, would have been more of a deluxe breakfast, in my opinion, and given a different option other than just toast.

The location of the room had a good view, everything was clean, the staff were nice and also quick, and I appreciate the solid trashcan. I was not well, and needed one by the bed to minimize the chance for messes.

The AC was not working right. I had to get up every hour to get it to kick back on, and the window was capped at how much I could open it. So it was a pretty miserable night with it being hot and the beds and pillows being uncomfortable.

Location of the room and hotel were great The staff was friendly and quick with their work.

The beds and pillows are not comfortable, and the AC in this room didn't work right. It was hot, and I had to get up every hour to turn it back on so that the fan would blow the night air in because the window is capped at how much you can open it (about 3 inches).

I’m traveling solo and this was a rest stop while driving across ND. The room was plenty clean and comfortable. The bed was a mid firm which is good for me. The area is pretty quiet.

Not a big complaint but the breakfast is just continental. Krolls diner right out front is great for a protein packed breakfast though.

the staff was amazing. anythiing we needed that was not immediately available they provided. at one time the toilet would not flush and within MINUTES they had it fixed and were so kind. i am disabled and they treated me with exceptional compassion.

i was really hoping for a hot tub!! that would be my ultimate suggestion.

size of room, bed was very comfortable, service was wonderful, i was satisfied!!!! price was pretty good too. Very clean too.

continental breakfast was disappointing!!! Didnt care for the long walk to the elevator, took stairway, not my favorite thing to do. Should have 2 elevators.

I liked everything about this place, the staff was great, the rooms were clean, parking is awesome, im definitely coming back

The matress are kind of stiff and the blankets are kind of stiff but other than that it was a great stay, I would recommend this place to anyone I talk to,

* Friendly, easy check-in * Comfortable pillows & sheets * Quiet * Good working A/C * Very clean room * Nice complimentary toiletries * Extra quilt in case you were cold or you had a visitor sleeping on the chair/ottoman * Good amount of electric outlets for charging devices * Good blackout curtains * Breakfast room has a large TV screen - we got to watch the Olympics coverage

* Pool was a little small and cold * Shower head in the pool area was right by the door entrance; two little girls were just sitting under the shower when we walked in & it was kind of awkward to walk around them. * The king sized bed creaked/sunk on the side nearest the window. * Breakfast was your typical highly refined carbs, very little protein type food, though they did offer fresh bananas, apples, and clementines. * Early check out time at 11, I wish it was later

The staff is extraordinarily friendly. It was a busy weekend in Minot and we were still able to check in early without any fuss! The hotel is clean. I found the beds to be very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The price is very reasonable.

The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It is basically make your own waffles, cheap donuts, and cookies. The coffee was average but available.

Very clean, friendly staff. Great location.

No housekeeping the entire week we were there. We had to put trash outside our door for pick up. Had to ask housekeeping to come clean up some spilt coffee.
