When we walked in, the front desk associate was super sweet, professional, welcoming and helpful. My husband said her name was Ms. Fox. The check-in was so comforting that I figured it would be a good stay. I was right! The room was mega clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The next day, breakfast was YUMMY! We’ll definitely book here again when we’re in the area.

I did not partake of the breakfast, other than the coffee, I usually eat at Cracker Barrel, or the like.
My initial room had issues with the door jamb, as it could be opened by pushing on the door. I was immediately given another room which was fine, other than the shower curtain-rod was loose, and the curtain would drift open and expose the floor to water splash, I had to be extra careful. I believe they were short-handed, as far as maintenance was concerned. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable, I have no complaints. Had I booked the room with more notice, the rates would have been cheaper, but that was my fault for waiting too long.

Definately exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and the ladies that were making breakfast were so nice! Breakfast was also amazing thank you ladies and all the staff for an amazing stay. Wife was very comfortable.
Shower has dirt along 1 piece of calking. Did not like that.

Arrived about 1 hour before checkin at 3 pm. Was told no checkins till 3 pm. Had to kill time for an hour in an unfamiliar area. The light fixtures in the bathroom were rusty. I felt the room was overpriced for what I saw and value I received

I appreciated the professionalism exhibited by Adrienne, Jeannette and the manager that's pregnant :).
The young lady with the short haircut with the bad attitude, I inquired about my room and it not being totally cleaned and she was a smart ass!! Also, the fact that the pool wasn't opened and I was traveling with young kids. One of my primary reasons for booking at that location.

When I initially checked in the lady that worked at night on 4/1/22 did not even acknowledge my presence while she answered the phone and counted money. I was extremely irritated by this. She then asked me what I was there for. Very unprofessional and I was not impressed.

The stay was not bad. The bed was comfy and staff were friendly. The breakfast was disappointing due to Covid, not their fault. The room could have been cleaner. Found bottle caps under the sofa and carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuum well. Overall, I would stay there again.
