Price,comfort,decor, location!!!

The rooms were updated with dark gray wood like flooring,which was a welcomed change from dark,dirty carpet of other businesses.My bed was huge,comfortable and made up perfect.The flat screen tv was huge(at least 50 inches. The seperate table and tv/ microwave/fridge units matched. The refrigerator was larger/ taller than most and had 2 openings. The top of the fridge was large enough to store frozen dinners and full size(16oz) bottles of water.There was an easy chair for sitting if you dont want to sit in the bed.The big surprise was the beautiful city scape mural that covers the entire wall that the bed,2 night stands and easy chair rest on. The Clarion is a jewel tucked away.Its not fancy looking from the outside,but once you enter the lobby,it's only a prelude to what's to come.

I read the other negative reviews and still took a last minute chance on it... my room was clean... so were my sheets... main thing I look for

When I first came in, there were a bunch of huge guys just standing around in front lobby.... reminded me of kidnapping lifetime movies as it was already a late night lol

We liked the location. We liked the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had to change rooms to have a hairdryer that worked. On the breakfast buffet apple juice ran out after the first day and wasn’t refilled. The maple syrup for the waffles was empty.

I like the stay besides the fact that they didn’t have no soap at all when I had enter into my room they said that they were out of soap. And I had booked my reservation 3 weeks in advance. Also I had booked my reservation for more then one night.

I didn’t have soap in my room when I I had gotten my room. I had went down stairs right away to the front desk and told them they weren’t soap in the room. That’s when they told me they were out of soap. I been had booked my reservation for more then one night stay 3 weeks in advance. The company should had made sure I had soap in my room especially when I had booked a reservation for more then one night.

Great location, close to everything you need. The building is in a decent condition (it doesn't;t look brand new or anything like that). The room was very clean and spacious for a king size bed. I didn't spend lots of time in the room but when I got back from my event, I was very happy to fall soundly asleep and not wake up until the next morning, which is very hard for me to do on a regular basis.

Finding parking in the front is very difficult - I was lucky and found a spot when I checked in. After leaving to an event and coming back later I had to park in the back. The parking in the back does not look like the most secure area especially the further back you have to park but nothing happened to my car or when I was coming back into the build late at night.

Overall it was a really nice facility and the room was in decent condition. The bed was really comfortable and also loved the pillows! No noise or disturbances and had a great nights sleep. Also loved the size of the TV! The bathroom was really nice and super clean so props to the cleaning staff! Will definitely stay there again and will recommend this location to others.

That there was a huge hole in the wall. Also that there was no breakfast but it's probably because of covid.

The room was very spacious I love the scenery behind the bed that was really beautiful

I had a king size bed with three pillows I love pillows so a couple more would have been nice

I had stayed at this hotel years ago when it was under different ownership and it was kind of a slimy sleazy place to stay back then, now, sincesince the renovations and the new ownership/management, it is much much better. The rooms are super clean, the staff is more than accommodating and so helpful, and I will definitely spend my money here for a future stays.

The property itself is clean and organized and for the location the value is amazing!

Very beautiful spacious room. Great location. In walking distance to bus stop, some restaurants and minute away from shopping mall and more fun things for individual or family to do.

No laundry room inside the hotel, other people slamming the doors, AC was loud in my room, and the refrigerator was also loud.

I like the comfort of the hotel. Front desk held my pizza until I got in to check in which was a great service of them. I drove all day from MA and the late check in was amazing thank you guys

The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel smelled like weed and I was with my daughter which she kept asking what that smell was......
