Hampton Inn Brevard

Everything was perfect for our mini vacation time. The mattress was very comfortable which is a big plus. The room was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The breakfast was good; we did question if the scrambled eggs were real eggs. Plenty of breakfast items to choose from. The coffee was exceptional.

I liked the location. It was a stones throw from WalMart for any needs that may arise. It was well lit. We say the sign 2-3 blocks away. It was very clean. We felt welcomed & safe. The breakfast was good . I would have liked an option other than cow milk ( almond, soy, oat) & perhaps an option for sausage. (Chicken, turkey) Over all it was an enjoyable stay.

My first room was smelly. It smelled damp & like a dog. They immediately moved us to the room next door. She was very apologetic & helpful.

The breakfast was very nice. The lady working it was also super helpful while keeping everything clean and stocked. The lobby was also very clean and inviting. The rooms were very nice with big bathrooms and plenty of storage.

Pool could have been better, but there was dry towels available and it satisfied my 3yo.

The location is great. It sits up on a hill. It feels like it’s out of the way. But it’s close to anything you need. It’s nice and quiet. We travel with our service dog. There were plenty of grassy areas for her to go potty. We will definitely stay here next year when my daughter plays softball at Brevard University.

the guy checking us in was super nice. he was quick and had great hospitality. the rooms were clean, neatly organized, bathrooms were very clean, elevator was clean, lobby was clean. everything smelled nice. the entire hotel was the best hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in over 50 different hotels in many different cities.

Everything was great. Only complaint would be the sink in the bathroom had mold under the sink lip and behind the sink against the wall but a little bleach will remove this. Other than that it was great!

Breakfast was great, different each week day. Very pet friendly. Quiet. Located close to Asheville and Hendersonville.

No space to put clothes. Room very small. I wish the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom so one person could brush teeth while one person was in the bathroom.

Very close to Pisgah Forest and the Hub. Rooms are amazing.. nice and clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. The Hampton Inn in Hendersonville did a fabulous job of providing breakfast despite Covid. This hotel had a girl set up behind a barrier who was not particularly friendly and handed you whatever item you requested. Kind of an uncomfortable situation as you aren’t able to get much and carrying it back to your room is challenging. They are a little strange about holiday decor. We visited there in February and all of the Christmas decorations were still up. In March they had converted the Christmas tree into an Easter themed tree.

I liked the fact that it was quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

I didn't like the pillows on the bed. We were also in a room that was at the opposite end from the elevator, which made it difficult for my wife to walk that far.

Breakfast was an added bonus, and the location was ideal for a lot of the waterfalls in the area. The staff was very competent. The ground floor room was too humid for me, and the staff kindly moved me to the third floor which was wonderful.

The room didn't get cleaned each day and trash was not emptied each day, I assume because of covid and being short staffed. I didn't realize that this would be the case when I checked in.
