The Staff Were Accomidating, even when it came to time adjustments to my reservation. The Artistic Scenery Done By Local Street Artists, Paying Tribute to the Rich History of Greensboro Was Amazing!!

My Hotel Room Didn't Have The Bathroom Shower Gel Dispenser Filled. The Restocking & Inventory of Ammenities Should Have Been Done Before My Check-In. Some Staff Members Can Be a Bit More Inviting. One of My Guests Informed Me that a Young Lady, an Agent of the Hotel at the Front Desk Wasn't as Helpful as Possible When it Came to Inquiring About Direction, Such As Location to Where Breakfast Would Be Served.

The property smells absolutely amazing from the time you walk in, catch the elevator, and get to the room! It’s extremely clean and located in the most convenient spot in Greensboro. Each individual staff member I encountered was pleasant, over accommodating and made me feel very welcomed, especially the housekeeping lady on the third floor… I had an amazing time at this 5 star hotel and would most definitely recommend it for all stays in Greensboro, NC!!!

Everything was exceptional, NO COMPLAINTS!!!

We had a major issue with another guest in the room beside ours. I knew when we arrived they could be rowdy & they got louder as the night progressed. I advised the desk person & she was fantastic! Problem got resolved but I suggest next time they make the problem people move to another more isolated room or evict them. We were offered a move but it makes no sense to cause all the inconvenience to the victims! Some constructive thoughts: Need more towel bars in bathroom. Also, paper products (tissue & tp) very rough. Towels are a bit rough as well.

The hotel was WONDERFUL. Bed, pillows, so comfy. Decor was quirky in the most quintessential way. Whoever the designer was, nailed it. A fitting tribute to the textile industry. I not only would stay there again but am talking it up to family and friends. Great choice!

Suggestion: put jelly packets out along with the butter and cream cheese. My stay was for 8 nights and I had to ask each morning.

Loved the decor. My daughter teen daughter said it was "hipster boujie". 😁 The staff was very kind and the location was perfect. This is my favorite part of Greensboro. Close to downtown cultural events, even closer to great laid back restaurants, and local hot spots. WE WILL BE BACK!!

We had a corner king room and the bathroom was tiny. Also, it would have been nice to have a guide or recommendation list of local hot spots. Maybe a list of events downtown that week. This area of town has tons of local shops and restaurants. It would be nice to promote those places because they are way better than the Chipotle up the street. The details make the difference at this hotel. Keep offering the small details to the guests.

I’m a native of Greensboro, but I currently live in Baltimore, MD. I came home for the holidays, but Ive always preferred to stay in a hotel. This will be my new go-to hotel as the rooms are cozy and comfortable and the decor is modern and contemporary. The price is exceptional for what you get and there is a lot of Greensboro history spray painted over the walls in graffiti that gives this hotel tremendous character. I’ll be back!

Breakfast was kind of skimpy but everything else compensated for it several times over.

The decor was great. The bathroom was tight but very clean and the shower was great. We slept well and the front desk people were great.

We had a drain that was very slow in our sink and some electric outlets were not working causing us to have to run an extension cord to get power to both sides of our bed. The beds were memory foam. However, a maintenance man did come by the next morning to correct the drain and electrical problems.

Clean room. Very lovely sitting area in lobby. Very large TV and softly back-lit lighted headboard. Comfortable room at night which was needed. Ice water available at night in lobby. Pillows and comforter.

Tea and coffee is available in the morning. 1st time at Denim would have liked Rea during the night. Tease to help sleep would be nice. Sheets and towels could be a little softer.

LOVED the theming, the decor in the rooms and hotel itself were awesome. The beds were very comfortable, and the denim robes were a fun touch. Location is fantastic! We are so happy to have a decent place to stay in this location! We liked that it has a 55” tv, and stayed in a 2 queen room and for a small room there was enough space for our family for 4. I would highly recommend staying here, it’s convenient and close to everything in Greensboro.

If I’m being really knit picky, the front end staff could have been friendlier, we were never told the wifi password. Also there was nobody at the front when we were checking out and we couldn’t find anybody. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little bit better, there was some hair left on the floors, and the tv only had cable.

The property was only 7min from the Greensboro Colosseum which was great! The complimentary glass of wine was a nice touch. It was quiet and the decor was so pretty and modern. I’d stay again.

I would’ve liked some type of “Hotel Parking Pass” as the parking lot is very small and anyone could have just left their cars there, but there was no issue with parking, and we could see the parking lot from our room. The shower could have been a bit more clean but it wasn’t filthy. I’m just a clean freak. Overall I was comfortable and would definitely stay again.
