Breakfast was better than expected. The room was comfortable and well-kept. You should emphasize the fact that the mall is next door...was a great surprise!

The washrooms at the ground level, especially the ones next to the pool, really need to be better taken care of...They would need more regular cleaning. We went there a couple of times to avoid going back upstairs and every time they could have been cleaner...but we will return nonetheless.

Very nice and clean. Great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Appreciate the GM making an exception and allowing me to leave a cash deposit rather than put a hold on my card.

Front desk is essentially the face of the property, the first thing a guest sees when walking in. Because of this, front desk/ front office staff should always have a smile on their faces or at least hold a pleasant demeanor. While the front desk staff looked impeccable, their sour demeanors were not welcoming nor friendly. I almost felt like I was intruding when I approached the desk to check in. I was however, efficiently and professionally checked in and my stay was enjoyable. Front desk should take lessons from Housekeeping staff in friendliness and hospitality. Housekeeping staff was wonderfully friendly and welcoming; and the room was spotless.

We stayed here in May of 2023 to attend the Fordham University Graduation. The hotel is located within a shopping mall with a lot of very nice shop and restaurants within walking distance, which I loved. Weather was terrible which made enjoying the property difficult. You do need to park in the mall parking lot which I didn't like at first but being in a city, I guess we were lucky to have parking! Highly recommend

As previous stated, parking lot is not specific to the hotel. It was not an issue whatsoever, I just found it odd.

A lot more than I expected!

I arrived 1 hour prior to 3pm check in and was greeted with: there’s a $50.00 fee for early check in. Wow, no welcome, no hello. I‘ve arrived at many hotels, some early, some late. I‘ve been told: your room is not ready or it is and checked in. Staff needs to be trained on this issue. I had no other problems. A great place to stay!!!

I like the sofa area & fridge provided.

No microwave in the room. I wish there was a better discount for repeat guests. I have been coming to this hotel for years & always alittle on the pricey side. If the room was $150 a night I would extend my trips. The competing hotels in the area are less expensive & just as nice.

Friendly staff. Always welcoming upon to leaving and arrival.

Asking for a crib at check in and completely forgotten about by front desk until reminding them. No change of towels, wash cloths and no hand soap fulfilled in the bathroom prior to check in. No extra dollies to carry luggage up to room like why is there only one dolly.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful on check in. Location was perfect for my final night in America as the shopping mall was really handy for last minute shopping and gifts. Room was a nice size and had everything I needed, bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was convenient

There were a few spots in the room that weren’t really adequately cleaned or looked run down but nothing major. Really was good value for money

I loved my room will request 501 again. Breakfast was delicious shopping, food and upscale shopping was very good. Your front desk guys and ladies were excellent and informative. Nicholas was the bomb.

The Uber service guy, didn't speak English which resulted in me having to assist him in locating the JFK on his GPS. Prefer to have someone next time who is versatile in both Spanish and English.

Everything was spot on, pool, room, bathroom and I love the security feature in the elevator. NO CARD NO ACCESS

The staff had attitudes about giving towels and accommodating us with a microwave which they clearly told me would be available should I need 1... And from the moment I checked in I let the staff know it was three people in room, 2 adults and 1 child but when I asked for new towels they continuously brought me 2 leaving me to keep asking for more....
