Comfortable, and clean

The management needs to beef up their staff. We had dinner and drinks and only one person to handle the bar and serve 22 people(I counted) but I believe Sherry was her name, did an incredible job handling all of it with humor and efficiency and was very personable and actually kept all going. Having been a GM in my career in hotels and private country clubs I can tell she is a keeper. She enjoys her job even under pressure. Kudos to her. She made up for any shortcomings in short staff.

Buffet access limited. One person at a time. Confined space.

Front desk could have been more informative about exiting the parking garage. I inquired about it just before departure. She said “If you have any problems, let us know”. When I entered the sign said take ticket to front desk when you check in. I had already checked in. I didn’t think much about it, but two cars had to wait behind me while I figured out that I was going to have to pay to get out, get my credit card out, etc.

The hotel was amazing. So comfortable. Very clean. The shower was so relaxing and nice as well. It was very close to the War Memorial Arena, and the staff was spectacular about helping me figure out transportation to and from the event. The front desk agent that was there when we checked in was especially wonderful. Her name is Abigail. She made me feel so good about being there and as an employee of a hotel myself, that is very important to me.

The only problem we had was that during the night for about an hour there were people running through the hall and banging on doors, but nothing to do with the hotel itself.

We got there about 9:45 and the front told us the restaurant closes at 10pm. We quickly ordered a whole salad with salmon to split and the went to put our bags in the room. When we got back to the restaurant the food was ready in 5 minutes and packaged up to easily carry to our room to eat. It was very good and all the staff, from the hotel shuttle to front desk to waiter were very friendly and helpful.

There’s a lot to like from the nice overhead showers to the great location in downtown Syracuse a nice parking garage (which is $15/night unfortunately) it also has a great view on the upper floors.

Paid parking, no pool, no microwave in rooms (like why?) I couldn’t even warm up food I brought back to the hotel. I also asked for a couple extra towels at the service desk at 8:30AM the day we were checking out to shower before we left which we never received. I didn’t bother asking once more, it is up to the service desk to remember customer requests, she even wrote it down. Something so small but it majorly effects your mood when you’re waiting around for a towel to shower and you never receive one.

I really liked the staff and everyone was friendly. My dinner at the restaurant as good. The hotel was designed in a circle so it's interesting.

I think the facilities could use updating. My bathroom was a bit small. It did take a little time just to order food because there was only 1 person at the restaurant. The food came out fast and was pretty good.

The staff was amazing! Extremely friendly and welcoming. We ate and had drinks in the hotel bar. The food was decent, the staff very friendly and engaging.

More staff in the hotel bar would have been nice, especially since there was an event in the area and the hotel was very busy. However this wouldn’t discourage me from staying there again!

The room was very clean and comfortable, although small was still spacious enough for a city scene. The bathroom was very nice and clean, enjoyed the rain shower head.

I felt the bathroom layout with the cut-off between the shower/toilet felt a little cramped. Felt like I had to step into the shower to get around closing the door. Do not know how to change that since it is structural, but just wanted to let you know.

hours cafes were open. opened to late for dinner. Would’ve been nice to eat lunch or dinner at the hotel considering there’s no food restaurants around there other than the bar XOXO.

We liked every single minute of our hotel stay. The Room and hallways and public areas where designed and decorated so beautifully. The entire hotel including the grounds were very clean and maintained. We especially appreciated the fact That there was a bench and a disposal area for cigarettes because we are smokers. I could go on and on.

The parking became a nuisance due to having an extra card to remember to keep on us to be able to get in-and-out of the parkade. We also wished there was a pool option.
