The location is awesome, being right next to the mall, and tons of food/shopping options all around the area. The breakfast was wonderful, with a huge variety of foods to choose from. My favorite was the Ham and Cheese Western Frittata. The beds and pillows are incredibly soft and comfortable and the room is huge! Water runs super hot for the shower too, which is a huge thing for me! My children really loved the pool and the breakfast as well.

The only thing I think that could've been better was maybe some new weather stripping under the room door? There was a really cold draft coming through that was howling all night. Truly was fine though, we just turned the heat up! That's my only complaint, and not even truly a complaint!

With how much we paid, I would have thought the breakfast options would have been better. They were the same everyday so we ended up wanting to eat elsewhere for breakfast by the end of our trip. Also the pool towels need upgrading. They are the size of hair towels. Also, the cost was way more expensive then most hotels in the area for nothing really that extra or special compared to the others.

Nicole was fantastic. She ensured that our reservation was put in even though it didn't go through from the booking website. Nicole personally made sure that our reservation was taken care of. John from booking made sure she received the information in order to make our reservation. Thank you both. Once we arrived at the hotel the staff was so friendly and helpful. Jay is good with suggestions for anything about town. The hotel was neat, clean, quiet and very home like atmosphere. We really enjoyed our vacation. Our 8 year old daughter didn't want to leave.

Our room (a king suite) was well-equipped and well-designed and had everything I needed for me to stay with my 7-year-old son for five nights. It included a spacious kitchen with a large sink, a large microwave, a dishwasher, a full-sized fridge, a toaster, a colander, and a lot of plates, mugs, and utencils. No stove was installed, but the hotel kindly gave us an induction burner with a saucepan and a large pot for free, which was great. Complimentary Wifi was good enough for me to work remotely and attend virtual meetings. I also liked the fact that there were two spacious desks attached to the wall (and storage space above the desks) and an additional oval-shaped moving table which was great for us to have food together. Dorothy, a front desk lady, was extremely friendly and helpful. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool. Gore Mountain is just 40 minutes away and we enjoyed skiing there too.

I wish there had been a bright ceiling light (for my work), but I shouldn't complain since the room was probably not designed for remote work.

the room was spacious and equipped with all things we need. love the body wash and shampoo, so gentle and kids friendly. the staff was very polite and patient. love that they have laundry machine on site

We had a one bedroom suite. It was clean, sleek and well thought out. Having a desk was much appreciated. The bed linens were good as well. The large bathroom was well stocked. Also, we brought Scotti, our Scottish terrier. The staff fussed over him and even gave him treats.

Everything is sleek and modern, but it feels too much like build by and for millenials. Examples: very spare furniture, no cooktop, sparse supply of dishes and glasses. The living room had a huge empty space between the desk and the window--how about a chest of drawers so that people had storage. Curtains instead of doors on closets seems wrong. POOL SAFETY-as a lifeguard/WSI for 40+ years--must have a clock in the pool area in case of emergency

Everything was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the pool was at an excellent temperature and I loved that the hotel is only 10 minutes from Lake George. We really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back next year.

We booked a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed, the bed was very comfortable but the sofa was very uncomfortable, my daughter woke up with a sore back and did not want to sleep on the sofa bed for the remaining nights.

Coming off the interstate you can see the hotel basically at the exit. It’s pushed back and quiet. You don’t notice the interstate noise much. Outdoor seating and patio is in the front. Upon arriving several parking spaces await you. If your an Hhonors member check in is a breeze with digital key access. First floor has a pool which was very inviting. Modern decor within the hotel as well as your room. I chose the 4th floor room 430 at the end of the hall near the exit stairs. From my room I was able to oversee not only the mountains in the distance but also target and the mall which had JCPenny next door( super convenient) the grocery store,Starbucks,Gas stations,take out,dine in and Walmart are all located down the street. The room itself has comfortable beds as well as sofa for entertaining ,a large flat screen tv,fridge,dishwasher and a small closet for your connivence to store your items. Several table areas to set items on as well as near the bed itself. The bathroom is also modern,bright and roomy. Due to COVID-19 I did notice they had a few items out for breakfast upon leaving at my check out at 7am. For the amount of people within the hotel I didn’t hear noise coming from other rooms,doors slamming,people walking in the hall or even the elevator. Overall it was a very quiet stay. I definitely would be back if I was in the area.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety, and the location was perfect with tons to do all around. As well it was right next door to the mall for any shopping needs, with grocery stores, restaurants etc very close by!

I honestly don't think anything could've been better! My wife, children and I very much enjoyed our stay! Our favorite hotel yet!

The staff were all so kind and welcoming. The facility is super clean, the decor is so pretty and bright, the breakfast was by far the best I've ever had during covid. The room was very comfortable and clean. The amenities were great. The only problem at all we ran into was a very noisy pup in the room next door. But since I am a dog lover, it wasn't really a problem. The pup seemed to bark a lot less once their owner was back with them. The property was located in a perfect spot and had so many area stores and dining available in the area. The pool was enjoyed by my kids, and the coffee available 24/7 in the lobby was a great perk for someone who drinks coffee all day long! I will absolutely be back!
