- Crispy clean - Comfy beads - Fancy view over Manhattan - Nice breakfast (special thanks to the girl working there) - Friendly staff. The manager even gave me a lift for shopping when he heard that my luggage was 48h+ late because of the airline - Close to the metro - Close to useful grocery store

I have only one complaint but it is rather important: the room is very and I mean very noisy. The room heater, the little fridge, the street (although 11 floors below), the neighbours, the trains…there is simply always some loud noise. Always. With better phonic insulation the hotel deserves a ten, really.

Pet-friendly all the way and great jumping off point to everything. Affordable garage parking on Orchard made things easier. Cheaper parking if you’re willing to walk over to Skillman and Queens Blvd

Lack of grass in the area. It’s a big deal when you have a doggo with you. Walk to the Gantries for a long walk, Murray Playground Dog Park for medium walk, or NY State Supreme Court building for a short walk.

Loved the location, room, and amenities - they staff was also so kind to give our pet a little goodie bag for "National Dog Day!" Love that there is no extra fee for dogs. The bed was VERY comfortable and the layout of the room, although small, had everything we needed! I didn't take advantage of the bar, lounges, or snack bar on site, but they were available and conveniently located in the lobby for anyone whom may need to access this in the future. We genuinely enjoyed our stay!

The parking garage is around the block which is not bad, but it requires a sticker to be placed by the hotel on your parking / valet ticket in order for any discount to be granted. According to the parking garage employees, the sticker needs to be scanned to apply the discount, and the hotel ran out of stickers so I was forced to pay full price on 3 different occasions (as I had to use my car daily). Street parking is unreliable as there are not many spaces, so the hotel should plan ahead to have enough stickers if they plan to offer this as a "promotion" for their location - I would have appreciated saving >$15 on what ended up being >$100 parking bill for 3 days, this is the only reason for a 8/10 instead of 10/10

Great check-in process. Nice bed, convenient bar downstairs and cool vibe at the lobby.

Anyone familiar with this Marriot Brand will find that this property remains true to it's brand image. You will absolutely get what you know and expect;. Clean, comfortable rooms, with the necessary amenities including mini fridge, safe, desk plus lounge chairs, and contemporary yet utilitarian furnishings and decor. I also had a full step out balcony for my stay, and while there's no view that may wow you per se, it's a step out balcony in NYC!! How often does that happen,?

To get to my room with balcony, I had to make my way allllll the way to the back of what apparently was the purchase of a second building, with construction underway to connect the properties , so that you're not exiting the first thru the back yard, to make your way to the next. And while this is but confusing at the moment and eliminate some amenities such as the gym do not expect a price break because they like many other hotels in the city currently are charging full on inflationary, knock your socks off, roll your eyes back pricing..

Location was good for me, the staff I interacted with were pleasant and my room was comfortable. I did enjoy the roof deck as well!!

Eveything was good, I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel but the time I did was fine.

Location is accessible. The Queens Plaza station is a stone's throw away white Court Square is also walkinig distance. Restaurants, grocery and Trader Joe's are also close by.

We enjoyed the Dry Bar toiletries but when we asked for a replenishment of the lotion (the room had the standard 1 small bottle and we were staying for 4 days) we were given just another small bottle (non Dry Bar brand)

Nice and clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

Construction is going on around the hotel which makes it quite noisy. The room doors doesn’t have proper sealing, thus you hear everything in the corridor.

The hotel it’s self is in a good location, close to several subways. This is our second year staying at this location and the staff has always been very pleasant. The property is clean and well-kept. The location is really nice as to there are many subways nearby and you can be in the city or down in Brooklyn within 15 minutes.

The hotel was nice overall. The restaurants were pretty close.

The lure of the hotel is the view however not all of the rooms have a view. If you are not familiar with the hotel you will not know which side of the hotel has the view. I asked for a room with a balcony thinking that would enhance the view. That was not the case. The view from our room was of the other side of the hotel. So if you want a view don't ask for a balcony. We did have access to the roof top of the hotel and there we got the view. We had a great time overall and the staff was amazing as she did switch our room to be on a higher floor with the balcony.
