Knights Inn Oswego East

The staff was friendly and the room was well appointed and clean. Everything worked perfectly and there were plenty of pillows. The corner room had plenty of natural light and it is very clearly well soundproofed.

Only offered 1 key for the room. Available outlets were hidden behind the bed, therefore unaccessible. Thought I booked a double queen room but there was only a single in the room.

It’s Close to a bunch of different stores, and Beautiful restaurants. Also, the photos that they have on here I don’t think we’re accurate because it looks way nicer and it’s way prettier. They must be old photos or some thing because even the rooms look a lot better than what the photos made it look in the outside is absolutely gorgeous 

Everything!!! The owner and staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels at home. The cleanliness is outstanding. I will forever be a loyal returning patron of the Knights Inn in Oswego, NY.....❤️❤️❤️😀👍🏾👍🏾

Nothing At All....

Everything, the room upgrade was amazing and unexpected. The manager, desk attendant and cleaning staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. I already booked my family for another week stay in August 2023. Thank you all for the supreme service!! 👍🏾👍🏾🙂❤️❤️

Nothing to comment about because everything was fantastic....

I loved the great personalities of the employees there and the inviting atmosphere. the rooms are very comfortable….exceptionally cleaned and well maintained, you can tell love and care goes into this hotel. also on top of it all the rates are extremely reasonable/ actually the best around the area…..I’m a bargain shopper so I’ve done my research and I’m so glad I’ve found the Knights Inn and I can’t wait to return …..it’s the perfect getaway location for us. so much to do around town! Dunkin’ Donuts is right in the parking lot too!!!

I honestly can’t think of a single thing I did not like !

location on main highway and close by many eating establishments and shopping

washroom was small with nowhere to put shaving kit etc place these items on table just outside washroom shower connection leaked so I placed a small towel over the leak to prevent water on the floor washroom was clean

the manager he made us feel so comfortable being far away from home we had a nice conversation a very welcoming man he had the heat on already which is so appreciated we didn’t need one thing clean convenient comfortable the price was just right thanks to Rajesh Modi and staff at 101 state road 104 Oswego knights inn -east

It was convenient to restaurants and other stores. The rooms are very spacious and we’re cleaned to my satisfaction.

I stayed on bottom floor because of a leg condition and don’t like to climb stairs. Seeing this is an older establishment, the floor in between the upper and lower rooms are a wooden structure. With that being said said, the guest above me were very loud while moving around which was a little annoying. I would definitely stay at Knights Inn again. But, definitely would stay on second floor.

So, I've stayed here a couple times. Actually in the same room. This time.. I walked in, to this room very cold. So I turned the heat on to 80, and it was still cold. Turns out, someone before me... Left the window open, had socks laying on it, open containers in the fridge, used toilet paper in the bathroom, used shampoo, and hair all over the tub. The rug didn't appear to be vacuumed from the last person. I truly hope the sheets where changed.

The staff is caring and the manager is genuine and great to us every time we come. Remodeling has turned out great and refreshed the rooms. Always clean-rooms, Strong WiFi, great location and best price in town. Hands down best hotel, we never stay anywhere else !
