food was good beds were really comfortable. staff in the casino were nice. place was clean

not all the restaurants were open and the harvest buffet not really a good selection chose not to eat their had to settle for fast food type eating ie hotdogs and sandwiches. from canada and i was using american money you can use canadin money to gamble . its on the website but not easy to find out that information i called the day before i left no one metoind that to me.

I loved the atmosphere. The place is decorated beautifully, all the staff are very friendly. My room was immaculate and the casino was clean. The bathrooms were very clean. I had dinner at the Tavern which was excellent. The waitress was awesome!

I wish the breakfast buffet was earlier than 10 on Sunday. Ended up going to Dunkin Donuts which was fine. There is a place called Cedars I could have gone to right in the casino but my friend had been there before and didn't like the coffee. I also didn't like that I didn't win a big jackpot. haha

What we liked most of all was the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The room was very clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds, a huge shower and beautifully decorated.

The fact that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room or a mini microwave. We are a few friends who like to get together once a year to gamble and have fun. No one wants to get up in the morning and right away get dressed to go get coffee. Some of us work at the Marine Village Resort in Lake George and we thought that for the price we paid to stay at your resort that the rooms would include a coffee maker and or microwave as ours do. Over all, we truly enjoyed ourselves. We went to the Dollar General and picked up our own coffee maker to use and bring with us again next year when we come back. Over all, a good time by all and was worth a little inconvenience.

it’s fairly new nice pool and hot tub nice room and size lots of slots several restaurants available

thought staff was very unfriendly nobody even says hello or even looks you in the eye, including the front desk clerks. the casino employee was friendly and helped set up card and the waitress in the buffet was friendly and cheerful. buffet too limited slow elevator shower head loose in wall smoke detector in room looks like flashing lightning in dark - making it hard to sleep.

Have stayed previously and consistently nice, comfortable rooms. Convenient location in casino building.

No microwave. Get frequent mailing/emails from this casino advertising free room code but they never honor it on weekends..very frustrating now that I finally have weekends off from work and can’t spend as much when having to pay the large amount for a room.

The buffet, was not good. We have try it saterday evening, (our first day) but not the other days. I didn't know that we can have a beakfast The hotel is far from the city where we can make shopping or attractions.

This was my first time here and my first time at a casino too. The room was very nice and clean. It was spacious too. I like that you could walk right down to the casino. I like the winner club card. The workers in the casino was so nice and explained how everything works.

There was one worker in the hotel part by the elevators when we first arrived that was rude when we ask a question.

cleanliness of the Casio and public areas of the resort linens and towels clean and super white

water pressure in shower incredibly low, no information regarding restaurants in the resort, menus, where ice machines were located. had to call for fresh towels there was no daily room cleaning. not sure if this was related to staffing shortage or COVID protocols still in place. information about this would have been useful

Clean fun easy access

Pool was closed the entire time we were there. We forgot our suits went to Walmart and bought more cost us $60 just to have the pool close while we were gone and when we got back no pool two days! For the money we should have been able to at least go swimming or get a credit of some kind because that was one of the key things we liked to do when we stay at a casino.

I certainly was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the hotel and the casino area.

The cost of the buffets were ridiculous..there wasnt enough of a variety... the beef at the carving station was very tough....there were not enough variety of foods at that buffet...especially the breakfast buffet... it was horrible...scrambled eggs only? I have had better buffets at Golden corral for half the price..
