Holiday Inn Express Hauppauge-Long Island, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast is good with variety of options (relative to other IHG hotels), including halal food. Within walking distance from USCIS Application Support Center (ASC). The neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and lovely. There's an ice machine, and you can refill your water bottles in the gym. Nearest train station is the Central Islip station.

Top shelf customer service, always pleasant. Never had to ask for extra towels as we always had extra. The free breakfast was NOT Disappointing as there was a much variety of different options. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to town for sure.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

It was vary clean and a quiet place to say.

The parking was the only issue. The praking lot was full 2 out of the 3night i stayed and had to park in the extra parking lot witch was vary sketchy abd there where multiple parked running cars with someone just siting in the car. I just didn't feel safe.

The staff I think her name was Sophie that greeted me with a smile, told me all about the amenities and was very welcoming. The size of the room was great and the beds were comfortable. Loved that there was tea and coffee 24/7 available. And the kids enjoyed the pool.

The hotel lobby was clean and the front desk staff friendly and efficient. The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast selections were plentiful and I appreciated the small bags for taking a few muffins back to my room.

The grout in the bathroom floor looked a little dingy and the toiletry dispenser in the shower needed to be refilled. Parking was a challenge as well in the evening when the hotel was full.

Great accommodations, very clean, wonderful breakfast!

The staff was not familiar with Booking.com. Couldn't provide a receipt-they didn't know what 'Booking.com'' was charging. Our confimation info was of no use to them.

Everything was great, beds were the best part so soft!!

The only downfalls were I had selected a king bed room but checked in and was given a double bed room which wasn’t a big problem. The only issue we had with the stay was the room was a connection room so had a door in the room which we weren’t comfortable with being in when i went to get ice and had forgot my key card in the room and had to knock the other guest next door opened his door and not for nothing on Valentine’s day seeing your guest next door being an older gentleman was not a comfortable ending to our night.

Very clean and comfortable.

I didn't see any cameras in the pool or gym area. As a woman, if I was traveling alone, I would not feel confident using those facilities.

Booked for the pool and breakfast.. pool was closed and breakfast was in a bag (due to covid) they should have put thst on the site I mostlikly wouldn't have spent that much money to stay there and would have went somewhere else that I wouldn't have expected a pool and breakfast

The staff was great except the house keeping lady, she was very rude. I wish I could have got her name because we had 2 ladies..the 1st one we had was excellent.. the second was a b***h!
