TownePlace Suites Buffalo Airport

The staff were friendly, & very accommodating. I liked the proximity to everywhere I needed to go. Lots of places to eat. I appreciated the Hotel already having a list of eateries for your convenience. The rooms were clean, & cozy. I slept very comfortably in the bed. The shower pressure was great. Having the ability to control the room’s temperature made all the difference in being comfortable. The place is very well maintained, & it shows. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone. They had (2) two forms of security devices on the door, to ensure my safety. All I had to do was use them, which I did. The Continental breakfast was suffice. They were very willing to replenish any item upon request. Check-in was extremely easy, & Check-out was even easier. Overall, I highly recommend TownePlace Suites near Buffalo Airport, I wasn't disappointed, & I hope you’re not as well.

I can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like. However, if there was something I would like to see, next time I stay there? That would be Waffles for breakfast, and that’s not a dislike. It’s just a wish of mine.

Our room was very clean, everything worked perfectly in the kitchen- it included plates, cups, wine glasses and pots and pans, the bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed not so much- really thin and lumpy, but my daughter was able to sleep on it with little complaining. The pool was nice- we used it on a few occasions. The breakfast was fine- usual hotel buffet food. The cost of the room was extremely reasonable for how nice of a place it is! We will be staying there from now on! I highly recommend it!

An amazing property! Literally across the street from the airport and yet; we did not hear a single airplane

Not much… the pool filter could clean a bit faster, but the pool was clean each morning ..

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained.

I wish house keeping would come for cleaning without asking atleast after a day. And I wish netflix or any channel would work.

Dominic at your front desk made a suggestion to change rooms for a nominal increase and that was much appreciated. I believe he saw a mom travelling with her son and on that basis made the suggestion.

Friendly staff, great location near airport with shuttle, nice facilities.

The sleeper sofa didn't have a mattress felt like sleeping on the floor..awful! Pillows were not comfortable, all were flat and hard.

A very good location near the airport. Staff were all very friendly. The lobby was very clean when we arrived, and the staff all had masks on. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All the dishes, forks, knifes and glasses were all in the dishwasher clean. They wash and leave them in the dishwasher untouched cause of Covid. If you plan on doing some cooking you will have to bring pans. Covid again. Had a box breakfast in the morning you could get. Nice! We will be staying again.

I felt as if I was in the comfort of my home while on a trip with my ill son.

Nothing to complain about. I enjoyed my stay and would always come back if needed to.

Well operated, clean, staff was super pleasant, coffee around the clock, pool was great, ample parking, close to everything, pet friendly no matter the size, kid friendly as well.

There was nothing I could say that I disliked about the property.
