The staff was pleasant and greeted you upon your arrival. Sometimes we saw the owners around and they too were very receptive and they said hello. Rooms were clean and spacious. They cleaned our room everyday as per our request. The bed was comfortable. The in-house breakfast that was included in your stay was sufficient. They had a decent variety of choice. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was very quiet, except the toilet would not stop running. We were in Room 216. The staff was very friendly.
You deceived me by saying our hotel had a heated pool, so my granddaughter was very disappointed when we were told they haven't had a pool for the last 10 years. The woman at the front desk said Booking.com has repeatedly been told there is no pool, but you won't change the hotel description. We would not have stayed there had we known there is no pool, so I think you owe me compensation.

Quiet room, very comfortable bed, shower had good pressure and lots of hot water.
Not much vanity space around the sink, carpet in the room was very dirty, there was a luggage rack but otherwise no other flat surfaces to set suitcases (just the desk, but then it wouldn’t be usable as a desk).

Large, clean room in a non-smoking property. Clean breakfast area with ample seating and good biscuits & gravy as well as other breakfast options. Was given a razor with no hassle. Friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping & breakfast.
Indoor pool had too much chlorine smell for us OPs to want to use. 1 luggage gurney which was difficult to maneuver.

To many guys hanging around the front door all the time smoking and playing their music loudly. Made me uncomfortable walking out alone.
