The facilities. How clean the room was. the warm greeting and friendly and attentive service of the hotel staff. and OMG, the breakfast baskets, what a great idea. I would avoid some of the more savory bagels like everything and garlic, tho.

The under insulated walls, I could hear my neighbors conversations and the big beautiful beds resulted in hearing all the “action” of our neighbors which would occur at all hours of the night and morning. good for them but I don’t need to hear it. Also, the limited use of some of the hotel amenities like the sauna room, I can understand making reservations for its use but to charge seemed a bit excessive.

The property is beautifully located on the water and it’s peaceful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of its surroundings. The Kayaks and SUP boards made available were a great addition to an already peaceful getaway.

They advertise facilitation of a few wine tour options. We didn’t have any luck connecting with the provider of this service, even though we reached out a few times the week before heading to the venue. This was disappointing but overall great trip!

Outside is terrific...lounge chairs, hammocks, etc. The view was exceptional. The girls at the front desk were very accommodating.

We had dead plants in the planter on our back verranda. There was the smell of poop for an entire afternoon as the cesspool company was there doing some work. The roadway in front is too narrow and does not allow passage of trucks and cars going in opposite directions on that narrow street. There was sand left on the floor even after the room was cleaned for the day.

The breakfast was delivered promptly at 9:00 am in a darling basket! It was a nice start to the day with a pastry, 2 bagels, juice and coffee. We rode the complimentary bikes all around which was a nice way to see the area.

The walls are a bit thin so we heard our neighbor’s every move at 1:00 am

Very clean and elegant boutique hotel. Beautiful location on the bay. Many choices of "lounge areas": comfortable chaises on your own patio, hammocks out by the water, outdoor furniture on the lawn areas, and lounges with umbrellas on the sand. A nice continental breakfast delivered every morning, with hot coffee, bagels, fruit, yogurt. A very quiet location, very peaceful and calming effect. The room was spotless; we appreciated the daily room service that is usually not included these days. The room had everything we needed and more. The entire property was very clean and all staff were super friendly and helpful. The beach is tended too (!) There is someone daily sweeping up debris and seaweed, and actually sweeping clean the sand. There are no waves of course, but the water feels wonderful and warm.

Maybe it's just the going rate in the "Hamptons" during the summer, but $1122.00 for two nights, in a garden view king room seemed outrageously high. We splurged since we were in NYC for a family wedding. As far as the hotel itself, my only complaint was about the breakfast. They are rigid in the 8:30 AM delivery to your door. We like to sleep in, and asked for at least 9:00, but that was ignored. 8:30 knock each morning. Also, no choices at all for the breakfast. Bagels were cold, and there was no toaster in the room, which is a total "fail" in my book. A toaster would have been nice. Also no microwave so no way to re-heat take out food.

the room was beautiful. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and hard-working. The location is so lovely and the grounds are well kept and thoughtfully designed. We both just loved being there....a true gem.

Everything was wonderful and breathtaking! The Sunrise beach location and the garden area was so whimsical and breathtaking. Breakfast was a nice touch to the end of our stay. Thank you for all you do. Wishing you many more years of success!

Unfortunately at appropriately 8:45pm there was a lot of trafficking and doors slamming and loud voices. Then at midnight we heard loud music and chatter. Overall we had a fabulous time and looking forward to visiting again!

Breakfast was great and provided a little extra. Loved the room. Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize the outside deck space as the decks were being refinished and the noise and fumes from paint were intolerable. I understand the need for Aqua to update their look, however after asking for a courtesy of not having to pay $130 for my dogs’ fee I was only offered $65 back. My stay was Sunday evening to Tuesday morning, giving me 1 full day to enjoy the outdoor space and I was unable to do so. On a $700+ bill, $65 is hardly the value of the outdoor space. I was told the manager would call me on the following day after I checked out. I have yet to hear from this person.

Overall, it was an amazing hotel. Beautiful scenery and setting. The beach was fantastic for our little girl who would play in the sand while we drank wine on the porch. Javier was amazing with our daughter and very accommodating. Staff overall was great. Nespresso was a nice touch! Every detail seemed very high end and carefully chosen.

Breakfast was very cute in a picnic basket but a little underwhelming—I’m a big breakfast person so I expected some sort of protein but I think Covid has likely made some limitations— regardless, the bagels were great.
