Comfort Inn City of Natural Lakes

The GM checked us in. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. There was a big snowstorm enroute to TX from Santa Fe so we made a last minute reservation. Front Desk was busy when we arrived but checkin went fine. We were able to get additional linens that we needed. Room amenities were sufficient for a quick overnight stay. Walls were a bit thin so we heard some noisy children coming back from the pool.

Noisy neighbors, but not the hotel’s fault. Due to snowstorm, hotel could have used an extra staff or 2, but they probably had a hard time getting to work also!

The room was pet friendly. I was nervous after reading the reviews, but the room had a very pleasant scent, was clean & the bed was comfortable. We liked that the sink was separated from the toilet/shower area by a door. My husband & I were able to get dressed pretty much at the same time.

We had to sign something saying we'd take the dog to a specific place to "walk" him, but finding it was difficult because we didn't see any directions. We were told that pottie bags would be provided, but when we eventually found the walk, there were no bags. The same applied to the ice machine. We saw no signage & had to go to the front desk to get directions.

Thank God you had an availability for us when we arrived in town . We had initially booked in a town one stop over and when we arrived it was nothing I could ever stay in for many various reasons . Eek. We drove away and found the comfort of comfort suites . Your beds are one of the most comfortable beds in the industry . Everything was appreciated and any expectations were met.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like .

The breakfast was great. Although it could have had heat to keep the eggs warm. There was plenty too! The bed was comfortable, my husband and I didn’t sink in the middle. It was a nice and quiet weekend.

I’d like for you to be aware of some of the cleaning around the edges of bed and tv stand. There was A couple pieces of trash that could’ve easily been picked up. The front of the microwave and fridge should be wiped down also. When I reserved my room, it said that I’d have a pool view. I was looking forward to it but when we got there, the room we got had the interstate view.

Very friendly staff Very good breakfast. A huge dining area. Handicap equipped, with a much needed roll-in shower.

My wife's wheelchair would not go into the room. She had to use her walker then I had to fold up the wheelchair to get into the room.

Easy access off I-40 and on historic Route 66. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good.

I payed $145/night which I think was high but Albuquerque was having the hot air festival so I’m thinking they raised the nightly prices to take advantage of the festival.

All of the staff were great! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the entire stay. The staff helped us with the fun things to do here.

N/A I liked everything

All of the amenities were nice but the pet area was by far the best of the six hotels / resorts we stayed in over a 12 day vacation.

The pillows were too squishy / flat. No extra blankets.

Clean rooms and nice pool and hot tub.

Went to ask for extra towels since pool area didn’t have any and was gave one and told they didn’t have anymore rudely by employee in the front.

We arrived late in the evening but checkin was very smooth. Rooms were located next to each other, per our request and breakfast was good.

There was a small leak on the shower door but that was a very minor inconvenience
