Simple Rewards Inn

Front dest staff was very nice and helpful with places to eat. The carpet in hall was old and made the place look really run down, but inside the room it was nice. The shower had great pressure and it was hot right away, but there were some cracks in the fiberglass. Room was clean and bed was comfortable however, the sconces on the wall were all hung way to high for any USB cord to plug into your device. TV was huge and both the cold and hot temps on the AC/Heating unit worked really well. I would stay again.

We were very satisfied with the Simple Rewards Inn for our one-night stay in a double Queen room. The owners are very pleasant and are eager to do whatever it takes to make sure everything is well. Upon our arrival, they gave us a room close to the main entry as we requested. The beds were comfortable, and the water was hot while bathing. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was very basic, but generous. We parked near the main entrance, and it seemed safe and secure. We would likely stay here again for the excellent value.

With additional maintenance, this hotel could be very nice. We did not use the air-conditioner during this trip, but it appeared to be very old. Getting to the rooms from the main entrance requires going up or down a few steps to reach the floor level, which could be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

The room was very quiet and had a very large and comfortable chair. They provided breakfast and also gave a refund if you did not use housekeeping. The bathrooms were nice

This hotel smells delightful from the moment you walk in. The hotel owners are very polite and kind always accessible no matter the time.

Under the bed could have been cleaner and the heating unit needed a bit of cleaning. The breakfast was more of snacks but for the price you pay a night it's worth it.

I had stayed here many years back and was satisfied. This trip they accommodated my mom who has trouble walking. They assigned us a room right next to the office so my mom didn’t have to walk too far. I was greeted by a gentleman who was polite. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the shower water was hot and it didn’t run out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The location was close to where we needed to be for business. Restaurants close by. Accommodations were quiet at night.

There was a little dust on the head board area. The towels were clean but not very absorbent.

The greeter in the evening was so friendly and informative. The bed was firm and comfortable and we got upgraded for free. Hot water was very hot and lasted the entire shower

The heater didn't work. But we didn't report it.

It prolly would be the shower head height placement I'm 6 ,6'1 and I had to bent down a bit while showering but that's just being really picky.

It was close to everything,beds where comfortable, space was big we had a room with 3 beds and extra room with sofa and tv

It didn't have an elevator. But it was okay our room was right next to the stairs. Overall nice place to stay

The quiet. We didn't get any room service, so there isn't much to tell.

The front entrance could use a spruce up.
