Comfort Suites Roswell

Room was large, bed was comfortable, bathroom was strangely huge. Pool was open. Breakfast had a few hot items (scrambled eggs and sausage links) that weren't carbs.

Room 107 is super loud. I didn't realize until people arrived after us and started making noise in the lobby and walking down the hall, but you can hear every single thing that happens in the lobby and hallway. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room above the first floor. Front desk wouldn't change us because we asked after too long at time and thus considered the room "used"

The king size suite was very clean ,spacious, beds were very comfortable. Room was overall very nice and very very quite & enjoyable. The lighting was the best I've ever seen in a hotel room , let me just say it was very bright and clean ! Hallways were very quite at night . Very reasonable price !! Man the shower was super relaxing with two shower heads, one in your face other above your head both had great pressure & very hot water that lasted awhile. Definitely going to stay again if ever needed !

The inside pool looked dirty so we didn't get in it .. The hot tub wasn't working just had old looking water in it .. Very cool to the touch . But from my understanding it is getting fixed soon . Other then the hot tub . I loved it .

We were in town for the UFO festival, we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was in a good location, and the room was quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly, will definitely stay here again. The hotel is near a Walmart and several eating places, the mall is also close by. We weren’t close to the festival but that didn’t matter since we had our own vehicle. We were also able to check in to our room early which was amazing because we wanted to freshen up and rest before the evening festivities. Also, the breakfast options were great!

I travel to Roswell once a month and have done for 6 years. I have stayed in many places but Comfort Inn and Suites are absolutely fabulous. Luxurious room, well appointed ... Comfort the likes of which no other hotels in Roswell can come close. The staff were professional and ready at a moment's notice to accommodate my every need. I look forward to staying there again. I highly recommend anyone who wants the best in hotels in Roswell to book with them. Great value...

There was nothing I did like... It was quite lovely.

The suite was great when it comes to space. With my wife and 2 children we had enough space. Having 2 windows was also great to let in natural light in the room. TV was great also and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

My son found a small chicken bone on the floor next to his bed. There were hairs near the bath tub and I found hairs on the extra pillow and blanket on the shelf near the entrance to the bathroom. The left side window a/c as you walk in to the room was not cooling well so it was a little uncomfortable sleeping at night. One of the towel hangers is falling apart and needs to be replaced. The bathroom is nice and big but not enough counter space to put your stuff. The walls of the room need to be painted and needs attention. For being a suite there should be a small table with chairs to eat instead of eating on the bed and finding chicken bones on the floor. The breakfast set up was not organized. It was a little disproportioned as far as the set up.

Good location, clean and safe.

Stayed twice in two weeks - going and coming. Both rooms had construction flaws. The first room, maybe 311, had the fire sprinkler head coming out about an inch below the ceiling. The second room, number 211, had a recessed light hanging out about an inch or two below the ceiling, had a blank receptacle cover that did not cover, so the bottom of it went behind the face of the wall. and a ceiling repair had been done in the tub area around the “rain” head. Recommend going through every room to identify these issues and correct them.

This was one of my favorite hotels that I stayed in on my vacation! The staff was very nice. The room was on the third floor. It was quiet. The shower had two shower head choices. My favorite was the one attached to the ceiling. Plenty of hot water and the water pressure was good. Thick soft towels! The bed... was so comfortable. The bedding was soft and clean. I slept very well! The room had a little sitting area with a sofa and arm chair. It was beautifully decorated. Plenty of safe parking. The hotel is in a very good neighborhood. It is convenient and has a restaurant across the street. They accommodated my very early checkout - 1 am. I was bummed I had to leave so early. I would have loved to stay longer, in that room and in that bed.

Breakfast was cool, waffle maker was available for your own use. Good variety of choices. Rooms were great size and large fridges.

Didn't like you had to ask to clean room a day before if you were staying more than a night up to 3 nights. Second night we should have been replenished automatically. Overall we asked and got extra towels and toilet paper but not the usual standard anymore.

I was upgraded from a King to a Double room with no problem.

No Uber or Lyft in the area. The hotel front desk gave me a phone number for a "TAXI." A sketchy guy showed up in his daily driver truck. Early AM ride to the airport. The guy was late and kind of scary looking.

95% of staff were super friendly. The decor is beautiful. Hotel is clean.

Bathtub has rust. One staff member started taking breakfast food away a few minutes before 10. I had a graduation to attend and planned on partaking of the breakfast. Yes, I arrived around 0952ish. The lady didn't seem happy when I asked her to leave the food because I still had a few minutes. Two other staff members were extremely helpful.
