Quality Inn Los Lunas

Everything was great as far as location, service, cleanliness, comfort & breakfast.

I specifically picked your motel because it had a heated outdoor pool as-well-as good ratings. The web page should have said the pool was "NOT OPEN ",however! (maybe there was a good reason but it should state it on the description page) When we checked in & found out the pool was not open, I had an extremely disappointed daughter & granddaughter!!!!! One cannot undo what is done but they could have offered a discount or something. I will make the extra effort to double check before I book again if I do.

Nice breakfast, it had something for everyone, I'm off sugar so there were eggs and sausage for me. Location was great, just a minute off the interstate and close enough to Albq. to easily make a morning surgery apt. The rooms were nice sized, comfortable and the bedding nice and clean.

A little unfinished, base tile missing in stairways, corners in the bathroom could use a little cleaning, the window screen had a large hole in it and the room was very cold with AC set at 63(turned it off but the room stayed quite cool) just little things.

We liked how much space was in the room. Also how there was a microwave and mini fridge. Also the tub. My boys loved taking a bath. Plus the beds were crazy comfortable. My youngest slept throughout the whole night.

Not so much didnt like... but jus a heads up youll probably hear cars drive by. But wasnt bad at all. We still slept great

The place was being renovated during our stay and much of the furniture was new. The location was quiet, the bed comfortable and the breakfast good.

Despite the new furniture, the bathroom was showing its age. The bath fixture was very old and covered in lime. There were also some other decorative anomalies like peeling wallpaper. The bathroom fan was totally ineffective despite making a lot of noise.

the property is a good location and the staff was friendly and helpful

no elevators. floors are on a split level so the climb is not bad but it makes it impossible to use luggage carts on any floor but the first. so if you have a lot of luggage keep that in mind.

This is the second time We stayed at this location and we’ve been super pleased! The room was exceptionally clean the bed was very comfortable the staff was very attentive and friendly, We dealt with three different persons and they were all very very friendly! The only downside was that the room we stayed in was on the side of the traffic so early on you can definitely hear the traffic but as the evening got late of course the traffic dies down! Slept very well! Will definitely stay there again!

This is very convenient. close to the highway. Many dining options are walkable.

It is being renovated and will be very nice when that project is complete. But for now, it’s under construction so not all facilities are available.

The location was perfect! it was about 4 minutes away from the restaurant we had to meet our family at. The breakfast was the best it could be due to Covid-19 precautions.

all was good we stayed only one night so everything was as good as it could be. My mom is allergic to pets but the room we stayed in didn't seem to bother too much. so that was good.

Room was spacious and comfortable

TV didn't work and bath tub could have been cleaner. The bed was too soft for me. I prefer a firm bed.

Our bed were nicely made I seen a paint stain on the rug? But otherwise everything was great👍👍.. I would definitely stay here again.

It wasn't the hotels fault on accommodation but I requested a handicap room none was available But... We were placed on the first floor level.. No elevator to accommodate a person with wheel chair/ walker access to the next level.. That's the only down fall.. But!! We did ask for a shower chair for my mom who's and elderly.. so it worked out perfect.. a huge plus on that last minute accommodation for us👍👍
