nice clean rooms in a good location.
on arrival we found the room we booked (2 queen beds with seating area pictured on web site) does not exist. However, the manager switched us to another room with a 2 bed and seating option after the first night

I liked the location of this hotel it was close to a Walmart and restaurants. Also was clean and has an indoor pool. The breakfast was good and the roo. We got was very spacious! Overall we would stay here again! We enjoyed our stay!

Room was very nice, but noisy side (train and noisy car wash). Breakfast set up was great and the staff was very nice, friendly, helpful.
Pool area smelled rather "funky" and seemed dark, giving impression that it wasn't as clean as it could be (pool at an older Hampton was actually nicer), and pool was chilly.

Housekeeping help me when ever I asked and was very nice.. the compliment breakfast was amazing. Walmart, Chile and a gas station is right next to you. Gym room was updated and very relaxing to use!
Bathrooms looked dirty because furnisher was old but it was clean tho. The pull out couch need a little more cushion. I also found lint when I pull the couch out make sure u guys are checking them couches.

it was clean upon arrival. The pool area was fair. breakfast was not very good, the breakfast area was messy and dirty. The tables hadn’t been wiped and there wasn’t a replenishment of food as it ran out. could be they were short handed, but honestly it was quite disappointing.

We asked an associate about broken hot tub jets. She responded they knew they were broken and needed to go to Lowes to get parts. There was no urgency to make the repairs. It sounded as if it was broken for some time.
Wished staff would repair as things are needed.

Hidden behind a gas station restaurant and car wash. We got there at night so we drove right by it and had to find it.

Gloria! I spoke to Gloria prior to me booking the room, she made my decision easier. Thank You Gloria! She was very nice and helpful. When I arrived I had no problem with anything STAFF was excellent and very nice! We enjoyed everything about our stay. BONUS pool to ourselves and Chili's located right in front of Hotel. Thank You!! Definitely coming back.

The front desk lady was really nice and extremely helpful!! It was very clean. You could make reservations for the pool for 1 hr and that made my son's day! Great idea!!
The lighting in the room was to dim with no way to adjust it to work. Maybe add a brighter light for the desk for those that still have to work.

No, we didn't care for the breakfast. My husband is not that particular and he didn't care for it either.
The eggs were kind of horrible and the sausage wasn't to good either. They did have milk and cold cereal though.
