Hotel Parq Central Albuquerque

Very well appointed, chic hotel. Grounds are beautiful, rooms are cozy, bathroom is large and luxurious. Rooftop restaurant/bar is unique asset with great food and drinks. Great option if going to a concert at Isleta Amphitheater-12 minutes to venue!

The location is convenient but near less desirable neighborhood. Scary looking motels across the street but security is good. Breakfast is yummy but not many options for gluten and/or dairy free.

The lobby was decorated very nicely with comfortable seating and historical train route information. The interior hallways featured informative antique displays from the Hotels former days as a hospital. The room was very clean, large and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic, large with a tiled bench for sitting. Breakfast bagels and basic continental breakfast was good. The 4th Floor rooftop bar was the cream on top! Amazing views of the city, fun tasty food and good drinks. The bar staff was very nice.

My only complaint would be the toilet paper. It was very thin 2 ply Cottonelle. I would have expected something a bit more luxurious and soft.

Excellent customer service from the staff, and helpful communications from the hotel prior to and after our stay. We felt very welcomed at the Parq Central, receiving warm greetings from staff with our every coming and going. Cocktails, meal, and view from the rooftop lounge were terrific. Morning breakfast service is exceptional. Attentive and friendly staff and a lovely environment. Inner courtyard with fountain and comfy chairs, short distance walk to a park as well. Walking distance to the Heart Institute, and easy access to the freeway. The room was exceptionally quiet, given the freeway so near. The hallways within the hotel hold both history and poetry for guests to enjoy. A+. Was a pleasure to be so well cared for.

Breakfast is pretty good. little egg quiches could have been warmer and the coffee wasn't great, but overall, these are small complaints to a great Hotel breakfast Room.

Parking is hard on weekends because of the popular bar on the rooftop. Dedicated parking spots should be included, since they are literally at the front door, at such a high price Hotel.

24 HOUR HOT TUB ACCESS, FACILITY IS VERY NICE, AREA FELT SAFE, AND LOVE THE DOG RUN.

BED WAS LUMPY AND PILLOW AND MATTRESS COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. QUALITY OF MATTRESS WAS POOR. PARKING DURING A WEDDING EVENT WAS DIFFICULT I HAD TO PARK ON STREET. AND I WAS TOLD THAT FEW BLOCKS FROM HOTEL WAS VERY UNSAFE SO I WAS A BIT RELUNCTANT. OTHERWIDE STAY WAS GREAT. NOTE**AREA FELT SAFE ENOUGH INSPITE OF IT BEING SO CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN.

Everything was beautiful. We thought it was a little pricey because, we would of preferred the room to be little bit bigger. and the no outside food and drinks wasn’t very cool, but other than that the staff was amazing, everything was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Like floating on clouds. thank y’all so much.

Parking was tight but that’s alright we got it.

Breakfast was more than we had expected. We enjoyed it very much, especially the staff that managed the breakfast. They were extremely nice and attentive. The room was very clean and served us well. I also used the office area on the lobby floor to work every morning on my laptop and that worked out perfectly.

We understand that hotel was understaffed due to the current pandemic, but there should be more effort to have the cleaning staff clean the rooms at least every three days without a guest asking specifically for it to be done. Also, the safe in our room wasn't working. The staff fixed it once, but after we asked again for it to be fixed, it was never fixed. Nobody followed up to be sure it had been fixed and that we were satisfied.

Clean, spacious, had a king suite which was perfect, well appointed and very quiet. (exceptional linens) We were visiting family during evenings and sight seeing during the day. great location, the hotel property sits up much higher than street level which is nice because you are downtown. Enjoyed taking breakfast on back patio next to fountain and the views from rooftop lounge are great way to wrap the day up over a nightcap. Staff is very lovely special callout to morning breakfast crew - Richard was super helpful to get our bearings for where we were, local history and the historic areas, museums, my husband and I couldn’t believe our luck he saved us so much time and served up a great buffet.

Quaintness of building and rooms. Main building was clean and all employees were helpful. Parking was good. Nice breakfast area and coffee was REALLY good!

Location was iffy. Less fortunate and opportunistic people we're in close proximity which was concerning. Carpet in 104 had a large stain at doorway. unfortunately our safe in the room would not open up for us. The batteries were dead. We were planning on leaving at 6 a.m. and being back in our home town before noon where we had a very important meeting. Due to not being able to get our items out of the safe until around 10 a.m., we missed our meeting. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend that all of those safes be completely refurbished so that this doesn't happen to someone else.

Great location close to downtown and good restaurants. Wonderful grounds with a lovely hot tub. Room and bathroom were newly renovated and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent continental breakfast with lots of tasty treats.

Only one chair in the room. They were having some problems with the Wi-Fi.
