Seaside Sands Inn

The Seaside Sands Inn is perfectly located a short, two-block walk from the beach! The prices are incredibly reasonable and the gentleman who checked us in was such a great guy! I wish I took down his name. He really did such a great job of personally walking us to our room and showing us the property. If you’re expecting a bougie 5-star luxury hotel, please go somewhere that charges 5-star luxury prices. For these incredibly reasonable prices, you can not find better! Exceeded expectations. Bravo!

Room could have used a bit more TLC and care before we checked in. No worries though!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating The room was clean. There was some on site parking and a paid lot right next door. The motel was a one minute walk to the boardwalk. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the motel and the neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe to walk after dark

The only thing I’d rethink next time is staying on the 3 rd floor ( I requested 3rd floor this stay). The stairs were a bit much

We loved how clean the hotel was. I was also impressed by how polite the staff members were.

The shower had rust spots and cheap, plastic tablecloth-like shower curtains with holes. First-come, First-serve parking.. We were told we could pay $10 at the lot next door for “all day” but ended up having to pay double for overnight parking - suggestion: hotel should work out a deal with lot to allow they’re guests to park for free at hotels expense.

The beds were super comfortable. The room was clean and came with a MI I fridge.

We had to pay for parking but did not get a parking spot. When someone wanted to move their car they would come and tell you to move your vehicle so I don't understand what the $20 were for

The close walk to the beach was very nice . The room was clean overall and we had an amazing stay here. Also the staff was very friendly and helped us out with some booking problems that we had

Everything was great the only thing was the shower was missing a door so the water would go on the floor but that is okay for me. Not that loud at night

no hot water in shower Luke warm at best. I ask the front desk they checked. it was not fix and the girl at the front desk had an attitude and said they checked and it was warm enough. instead of saying sorry. also I spoke to the manager and she was going to give me free parking and this same girl had an attitude again. we paid for parking across the street. never coming back

Beautiful Rooms comfortable and very friendly staff

2 king sized beds room 305. The room: very comfortable beds. I got the best sleep in them. Sheets were clean and smelled nice and fresh. Loved the beach vibe of the hotel. Very laid back and beach bummy. ON THE BOARDWALK. I walked my entire trip and had a blast! Very nice front desk lady. She looks like she works a lot she deserves a party night ;). I was late and only paying cash, they still held my room and accommodated the traffic. I also needed a late check out due to my ride being late, and the owner I believe said it was $50 for late checkout. He ended up not charging me which I thought was super nice. I spent a lot of money those couple days so what a relief! Shower head AMAZING! It was one of those square flat ones that DRENCH you with water. Super relaxing after a fun hot day in the sun.

There were a FEW things I didn’t enjoy but it didn’t ruin my experience AT ALL! There was a bit of sand on the floor. I didn’t mind as much cause I knew there was a lot of beach days in this hotel ☺️ WASNT crazy. A few specks here and there. The bathroom was a bit small. Claustrophobic but CLEAN. Don’t forget the clean. It’s not their fault of the set up but they made the set up super nice. The railings were ply wood on some flights of steps but didn’t bother me just Thought it was alittle unsafe. My Last issue is the cleanliness. Garbage could be picked up more. Other than that great time!! Like I said none of those things were apparent to me or ruined my stay I would definitely stay again I learned the street I was on quickly and loved it

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were ! You’d never guess from the outside 5 min walk from the boardwalk ! Staff was super sweet! Excited about the two new Air B&B suites with Balconies being built we may be very interested in coming back !

Check in could be a lil earlier like most properties we stayed at! 4:00 is really late ! Most properties we stay at check out is 11 or 12 and could accommodate a lil bit of a late checkout ! Check out here is at 10 early for our preference !

I loved that the place was one block away from the boardwalk and the beach. Two blocks away from the water park. It was also nearby a great breakfast place, and a pizzeria around the corner. This motel had free parking the room was very comfortable, clean and modern. Overall the staff was very accommodating for a last minute booking, friendly and it was a great deal.

I didn’t like that this place didn’t have a pool.
