Grand Resort Hotel - Mt Laurel - Philadelphia

Had some issues with both my card not being accepted by the reader which was quickly solved by the ladies at the desk! The room initially didn't have a safe, after talking to the front desk they send over someone from maintenance and installed one straight away and offered another room if I wanted to, great service. Only downside was some issue with the plumbing (The water was very slow to drain in the sink) even after a check from the staff. Also if would be nice if there was a special offer for extended stays but all in all it's a descent place for the price they ask. Will be back again.

Initially no safe in the room but that was solved quickly. It would be nice if there was someone at the front desk at all times but I understand that during the night it can be hard to have someone around all the time. Besides that automatic deals for an extended stay would have been a plus but they offer fair rates for the facilities they offer.

Lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Both elevators were very fast. The TV was huge and had a great selection of streaming stations - instructions on how to watch a local news channel would have been helpful though! The iPhone charging alarm clock was nice.

Could have had a more powerful microwave and better fridge.

Our room was a nice one and the hotel staff where very nice

The ac on the room was set way to high and we moved rooms but was also set at 77° way to hot being it was 96 outside. Then the pool was freezing cold, too cold to swim, we tried multiple times and even with it being so hot out, you could not swim because it was freezing.

There are few things that can be done there, such as a bar at the pool area. Generally it was very nice, with super friendly staff (especially Katie; I hope I remember the name right) and good location in terms of nearby stores and the mall.

The absence of a bar at the pool to grab a coffee, a drink and listen to music.

The breakfast was perfectly adequate, the room was bigger than I expected, the staff were very friendly and solved any problems I had very quickly.

One of the cleaners put a full jar of CoffeeMate that I wasn't finished with in the trash, and moved some of my stuff into drawers, making them very difficult to find.

Convenient location for transit travellers. Nice building.

it is not about the hotel. it is a bit hard to navigate when you are leaving the hotel - it is situated near several highway crossings, be very careful to not miss your exit

Caring and friendly staff. Beautiful, new rooms. We are excited for the water park to reopen! Awesome location. Breakfast was grab and go, but it worked for us!

Checkin was a bit rocky because we checked in on booking.com. Be sure to put your full name as it appears on your license/ID on the booking.com name field

When we arrived, I noticed the exterior looked a little sad. But the moment we walked through the doors we realized the focus was on customer care. The lobby is lovely. The staff warm and welcoming. The room immaculate. Will definitely return.

it is very beautiful. the lobby is huge and beautiful! we were on the 8th floor with a great view. everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable all in all it was excellent!

we couldn’t figure out the TV. the program kept cutting out. minor inconvenience

Location was great. Staff was very nice.

Breakfast was terrible stale bagels, runny eggs and sausage that looked like dog food. No bowls For cereal so had to eat out of a cup. Also the elevators and hallways smelled like weed which smelled like a skunk
