Boardwalk Resorts at Atlantic Palace

The studio suite was really nice and roomy. The bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The view was spectacular! I loved the 5 window view! It even has a window u can open for fresh air. The pool deck was nice and large.

The pool shape was weird and very small. There is no elevator in the garage. If u need a luggage cart, u have to wait for a staff member to bring up ur stuff. He was very nice. The elevators were packed, and sometimes u had to wait for the next one, but they moved fast. When checking in, there was a mature woman behind the desk who was very nasty, rude, and very unprofessional towards the customers. She also charged my credit card $590 2x (we had 2 rooms) for the suite as if I never paid when I had already paid through booking.com. Of course, the manager who was very nice, refunded the money. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the coffee provided with sandwiches I prepared. The location is excellent. Very accessible to the boardwalk. The staff was very friendly and helpful during and after the check-in process. The parking was very convenient and accessible, adjacent to the main building. Our room was awesome, recently renovated , extremely clean and came with a kitchenette that made our stay feel very homely .

That would be the noise heard in our room from the elevators going up and down. Definitely not too loud but after hearing it a few times its not there unless you listen.

Location was tremendous. Right in the boardwalk. Room had wonderful side view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Third party restaurant on main floor was great for breakfast and lunch. Central to many casinos. Very quiet rooms. Pull out bed was comfortable. Very spacious main room and kitchen.

Shower was worst in my life of 64 years. The shower space is very small and stupidly the shower head they use does not swivel downwards to spray body below upper chest. Need to replace shower heads immediately with ones that can swivel to point downwards more. Small space in shower is worse as the corners are rounded for shelves which take up more room. Would be better if they replaced showers in jacuzzi tub (outlet was there but closed up) and put a curtain around jacuzzi. Pull out bed was fine. But bed in bedroom was also horrible as mattress was too wide for whatever was used as box spring so you felt like you were falling off the bed all the time especially as there was a hump in the middle of the bed.

The room was cozy for a couple and that you can cook in the room if you didn't want to go out.Liked the Jacuzzi too.

Toilet was dirty,but I cleaned it because I just like to do extra cleaning at any hotel I stay at.,refrigerator needs to be bigger especially if you stayed a whole week,so you can store more food.Need a long mirror that sits on the wall. The tour they were doing there they did not tell us that it was a timeshare.They said take the tour to the rooms and they were renovating to do a balcony and put a deck over the boardwalk so you won't have to go anywhere then they would give you and your partner $100.00,after you do the tour,take you to the Ocean hotel now or later because they're going to want you to spend the $100.00 on gambling,but you can spend it how you want.Other than that I LOVE A.C.

The area was very good, the pool area was very nice loved it can look right out into the ocean from the pool area. The location was great right onto the boardwalk. The room was fantastic. Great value for your money.

The parking garage was tight but we parked in the lot they have on the other side which was a lot better and the parking is a separate fee just an FYI. Other than that was great. Had a great view of the ocean from our room.

The view was amazing and having the bigger fridge was a huge money saver. The shower was huge. I loved having a couch so we didn’t always have to lay in bed to read or watch tv.

If you had much luggage there are no elevators that connect to the parking garage so it could be challenging but they do have people helping with luggage at check in if you want. We didn’t have to park that far up in the garage so we just brought everything down ourselves.

I liked the view from the room, the front desk staff, the staff manager was very helpful with my situation and accomodations.

I was very unhappy with my room, it definitly need new furniture, the bed was very unconfortable, ther was a problem letting out the sofa bed, needed pillows for the sofa bed, the light on the microwave were missing. I made a report the the management regarding these matters. I have stayed at this hotel many times and was always pleased, but this one failed me . There is a first time for every thing.

Fantastic view of the ocean and right on the boardwalk. Spa tub was great to have after a day out on the beach.

Game room was only open until 10, so by the time you got situated after being outside all day and dinner you didn't have time to go. The water pressure for the shower was a little too low. You have to stand under a long time to try and get all the sand out of your hair. Most of the ice machines were not working.

We have been staying at this location for over 20 years in the summer, we love this place and central to everything. The beach is immediately across from the boardwalk.

I think Atlaantic City could do with a few better places to eat. A lot of places closed down, there is no real variety.
