Quality Inn Merrimack - Nashua

They have great customer service they all keep the property well maintained. I have had no issue with noice, nor any with staff, and or any with issues with other travelers. All around it’s a good place to stay especially for the price point.

Could be nice to not have to be checking on every day especially when you ask for it like I understand where I need to like. Make sure you’re keeping your room clean and tidy but when you’re proving into him and he’s been there for over a week and you clean the place and take out your own trash and he haven’t had a single issue with asking for towels or anything for that matter I buy my own toilet paper etc. and I have a brain injury so I’m talking to text and I might’ve already said that I apologize if I did repeat myself I just can’t forget like that and I have had a lot of stress going on lately that’s why I mentioned him getting space type of thing a nap place is amazing and again I talk to text in case it messed up I apologize.

I was there several nights. The staff was very responsive and assisted me when I had to cancel my stay there early because the location of quality inn was too far from the families I was here to visit. The girl of the front desk didn't even have to be reminded who I was. She as well as the young man who managed the desk during the day were very helpful and quick to help me. My only advice is to add a partial curtains to complete the pull-down shade covering of the window. I really liked that pull-down shade on the window. It was very pretty and added it to the look of the room. However, I was concerned that people could look in through the gaps on the sides. Light even came through from the outside onto the bed from that gap in the window. The beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfasts. Everything was very clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable. I was easy access off of the highway, which is nice when all you want to do is get a shower and crash for the night. Also, it was quiet which is not always true of a hotel right off the highway. Over all it was a pleasant stay for my overnight stop off and last minute reservation.

If you advertise a hot breakfast on your website cereal and juice isn't going to cut it. If you are serving abbreviated breakfast because of Covid your website should reflect that. I have stayed at other hotels during the pandemic and still had a fairly decent breakfast. At least the staff let me know when I checked in so that I didn't get up for breakfast. Also the building could use some repairs as there were cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom in my room, but it was clean and comfortable otherwise.

The location was very good for our needs. Very easy on/off access from the highway but a very quiet area( located about a mile from entrance / exit). The hotel was very clean and the entire staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. As an added bonus there is a fantastic restaurant about a mile up the road and some shops and a beer and wine store a bit further up.

I liked the breakfast , the staff was great . The cleaning crew diligently asks you every day if you need their services . They offer fresh towels and products. The room was clean and up dated. I had a really great stay there.

The carpet at the entrance of the hotel wasn't clean, which gave a false impression of the hotel.

They doubled the fee they put on hold cuz they updated the rooms but the updated were hardly noticeable and the updated they needed to make weren't made. Wasn't worth the hike in price. Went from a $50 hold fee, to a $100 hold fee cuz they put in some new cheap ikea furniture

The coffee pot was dirty. Otherwise, not bad. Don't use your debit card to pay for the $100 deposit. It will take it from your bank and decline it on their end.

The dirty coffee pot and being charged the $100 deposit from my bank account, but then saying that it's declined. Very confusing.

The location was a less than 10 minute drive to Main Street Nashua, which was perfect. It was also close to several fast food businesses, which came in very handy.

Temperature control in the room was tricky, it took two nights to get it set properly.

I had the opportunity to interact with the front desk of all three shifts. Each manager on duty was friendly and helpful. They made the stay that much more enjoyable.

loved the room the beds were so comfortable and the pillows! clean and convenient only a half hour from my work, they also had continental breakfast in the morning!

they put a $100 hold on my card for incidentals for only staying one night that’s way too much
