Hampton Inn & Suites Keene

The rooms were spacious and clean. I know it's a young hotel, but beautiful!! I like the modern technology where there's both receptacles and USB ports around the TV and drawers. Convenient. Overall the beds were comfy and room was quiet even though there was construction across the street.

There should be receptacles on both sides of the beds since everyone charges their cell phones and the bed near the window didn't have any. Also, I sleep with a CPAP and had to run an extension cord from the middle of the beds to run my machine and charge phone. None of us liked the eggs or sausage. Eggs tasted fake and the sausages were bland. Candy and the little food section quite expensive.

I really can't say enough how much we loved the Hampton in Keene! Very clean and comfortable. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast included was varied with hot and cold choices, definitely a delightful step up from the usual. We loved the fitness center. Location is super convenient for a quick shopping run.

A little more expensive than I would prefer but definitely worth the extra. Great mini vacation treat yourself feel!

This is a new facility. Extremely modern with high end fixtures. Staff is exceptionally well trained and pleasant. Breakfast offerings are extensive and change day to day, which is unusual from other chains.

Pool was closed for some reason. A shame because it was really nice.

Great bed & pillows; drawer space; 2 chairs; good lighting; desk; controls for the shower were opposite (not underneath) shower head - brilliant!; full mirror on bathroom barn door; central a/c w temp control.

Location was unattractive - yet central! Not a big deal. We weren’t walking around.

Small number of people at breakfast but service was not good. Bagel toppings were cold. They let the omelets and sausages run out so we had to wait 10 minutes before that was corrected. Desk lamps not adjustable.

Location was great.

Everything was great, the hotel was new and modern. The only bad issue was the fan in the bathroom was continuously running. Very noisy. An off/on switch should have been installed.

When we first got to our room the ac was on and it was 56 degrees. We were frozen till it was able to warm up after 15-20 minutes

Close to downtown and stores and restaurants/breweries. Super friendly staff, very clean, and most importantly, an extremely comfortable bed.

Breakfast was awesome. Huge selection each day and also waffle maker

Housekeeping during stay. No room cleaned while out for day. Came back and room was exactly how we left it.
