Four Points by Sheraton Omaha Midtown

Had our money refunded, moving across the country with cats (military move) online says pet friendly (changed their policy last month no longer excepting cats) . Front desk was very helpful and tried to get an exception for us.

We didn’t stay obviously however the lobby had the worst smell that I can’t even describe. Also, this place had breakfast option except for the day we were supposed to stay due to working on the water systems (no water from 9am-5pm.. felt sorry for those that stayed there. Location not the greatest looked super sketchy.

The bed and pillows were great ! They also got shampoo dispensers.

They got no pool, and the housekeeper didn't pass by to see if we need anything. They just knock the door to ask what time we leave. The tv was great the got the option to set up you Netflix account but there is not too much option to stream like HBO max or Disney plus . I can hear the kids next to my door 🚪 it was awful.

The staff was incredibly helpful at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean. Not too many people were staying there, but covid still affects travel. It was a quiet area with close access to the interstate. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff made good restaurant recommendations. The hotel did not offer a free breakfast; however it did serve breakfast.

A continental breakfast would have been nice.

The property was located off the interstate—good and bad. Close for traveling however not close for activities. BUT—-the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about anything. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.

The location was the only issue-but the price reflects that. It is a quick drive to everything you need or want.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable. Very nicely upgraded during remodel. Nice area for easy access around to food and such.

I reserved a king room with a sofa pullout. Upon checkin I was told they don't offer king with pull outs. Although thier website says they do. I had to change to a double queen room.

No coffee in the room. No ice bucket. One complimentary water bottle only. No microwave in room. How does having a coffee maker in the room put anyone more at risk for covid? It can be easily wiped down with disinfectant, as it should be anyway.

No breakfast due to Covid, when I called to check about breakfast was told there would muffins and juice, nothing was on offer. Location was good, very central to the activities we needed to achieve this weekend.

Coffee was way to strong. Please do not place families with small children in rooms with a connecting door, noise travels.

I liked almost everything . It was very comfortable, clean and updated. And the staff was great.

I HATE that i can spend less somewhere where there is laundry. I hated there not being a washer and dryer to use as i assumed it would be there. Also didn’t love that the coffee was removed from the rooms as I always enjoy the coffee in the rooms.

It was really good. Bed was comfy but the best part was the amazing shower.

it was super dry for some reason buy thats ok. I guess I can't totally put that on the hotel. It was a great room and value though.

Location has good access to town and freeways. noisy on road side however. Breakfast was good but a room credit would be nice.
