Location was great. Hotel was adequate and probably one of the nicer places in Cooke City. But......
Of the 5 hotels we stayed at on our vacation in various locations, this was the most expensive. But it was definitely not the nicest. Other places we stayed at were much cheaper, but so much nicer. At the price we paid I would expect a little better. At least throw in a free breakfast or something. I understand Cooke City is very limited in choice, and this fact, along with being next to Yellowstone, allows them to charge much more, but still, price to value is not appropriate. Having said that though, if I ever go to Cooke City again, I would probably stay there again as Cooke City itself is very limited in what they can provide.

Only negative was very slow internet. Download speeds were serviceable, but upload speeds were bad. Slow was still better than nothing which was the case in most of Yellowstone.

Very well maintained property with very friendly staff. Room 18 was adorable and very much appreciated the cleanliness and overall appearance. The amenities were great; very comfortable beds and space available at the vanity area making it easy for more than one person to get ready at the same time. Overall extremely happy with this place and look forward to future stays.

We genuinely loved the place, and friendly staff members. Rather stylish, nice location and decoration of the room. Quality bedding and towels, very clean. Would highly recommend for a summer or winter stay. The scenic drive to North-Easter entrance of Yellowstone was rather difficult, but added charm to the place in Cooke City.

Great location and access to park is very handy to beat the traffic and see wildlife early if going into yellowstone price was a little high but this area is at a premium so very comparable to others in town.
A microwave in room would be helpful or fridge. Wifi was not a good hook up for me.

No ice machine, no place to do laundry and no kleenex in the room. There was a coffee maker but nothing else.
