Embassy Suites by Hilton Saint Louis Saint Charles

Suite for separate private bed area, breakfast was nice, indoor plants and water fountains made it a nice experience. We like that the window opened for fresh air. Liked a table in room, (most hotels don't do that anymore). Night shift attendant was kind and helped us get in with door issues in lobby. Liked the Dove toiletries.

They didn't allow us a 1 hour early check-in whatsoever after they already said it was fine. Rather we had to sit and wait until 3, then our (already paid for) room STILL not ready, so I had to opt for another room. They also weren't the friendlyist of people, like we were bothering him. The first guy was decent, gave us water while waited. There was no vent in bathroom, so it stayed pretty muggy, and air conditioning was down to 60, and still not cool, rather felt like a fan on this 90+ degree weekend. We had 4 people on booking, but only 3 towels and we told them that, but never got more. We didn't get to use the pool (which was main reason for picking this location) but that was closed due to weather (indoor pool).

The room was lovely as always. The location of the room was in the corner away from busy areas.

I booked a 47th anniversary stay. My note asked for something special to occur for my parents and I got a reply to my booking saying "We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." I'm glad there was no extra charge because nothing special was said to my parents at checkin and no note in their room or anything indicating the hotel had any idea.

Everything!! king suite was very clean and quite! We were accross from the elevators and next to vending machine and couldnt even tell! for us grandpents staying for cheer comp weekend we didnt even hear any of the kiddos! the bartender during happy hour was awesome!!! very nice guy and fast service, he was working so hard keeping up and did an awesome job!!

only thing that we didnt like was the pillows, they were very small and sqwishy. no support if you have issues with your neck like i do

Comfy beds, convenient location, friendly staff

managers reception was very disappointing with super long line to get a drink and only a few dry snacks. Breakfast omelet station also moved very slowly, hot items on buffet were just ok and not replenished frequently enough to meet the needs of the guests. Would like to see when it is so crowded that several staff work the bar and the omelet area. I feel that these 2 main reasons are why I chose Embassy suites over other hotels.

Great location, easy access to highways and also very near historic St. Charles area. 5 minute drive to Sportport International at which our daughter was playing in a tournament. Very quiet, very clean hotel room with sitting area with couch, TV, wet bar & table/chairs where we ate. Cook to order omelets and pancakes, plus the typical continental breakfast items….

Some litter around the parking lot & grounds. Not the hotel’s fault but many didn’t pick up their dog droppings.

it was organized it was clean, friendly, safe environment I’ve never seen the breakfast bar like there’s in the happy hour. It’s quite amazing.

Only thing was is they did not have an alarm clock in the bedroom and they did not have an extra remote for the living room. The remote was doable. The alarm was a little different now to look up and see but other than that everything was perfect.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, much better than the usual free hotel breakfast, with made to order eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, etc. There is enough variety on the breakfast buffet that I did not have the same breakfast any morning for three days running. There were still plenty of other choices that I never even tried as I was only there for a three day stay. The manager's reception in the evening offers snacks and complimentary bar service. Restaurant meal service at reasonable prices is available outside of breakfast. The room was very clean. Maid service though has to be requested due to COVID rules but all of the amenities and clean towels that you need are available at the front desk day or night. Maid service is available if requested. The atrium with its numerous tables and chairs is great for visiting family and friends comfortably or playing games in the evening. Pool, hot tub, and workout center were all clean and well maintained. The location is great for visiting historic Main St. in St. Charles, local restaurants, movie theaters, casino, river walk trail (Katy Trail), and more. Room price was very reasonable as these are two room suites with two TV's, refrigerator and microwave oven. Numerous meeting rooms and large convention center is attached. Well-lit parking lots with plenty of free parking. We will definitely return in the future!

On check-in we were not informed that there was no maid service and the process for getting towel and amenity replacements. Once we learned their process there was no difficulty getting the things we needed.

The front desk staff were helpful, I asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign. They didn't have one., but would see if housekeeping had one. I asked them to put it on our door # 721 if they found one. The next morning we had a sign on our door.

Our only problem was the breakfast area ran out of coffee pretty early Monday morning.. I have stayed in many, many hotels over the years and never had one run out of coffee. Aside from this, our stay was very nice.

the location of the property. how clean the rooms were. how friendly house keeping was and we always had fresh towels. the beds were extremely clean and comfortable and the room was really quiet at night the free breakfast was really good the lobby was beautiful with the indoor water fixtures

the only thing I wish was the pool would be a bit bigger

I like that the front Desk personnel was very friendly and approachable. The beds slept well.

I like the handicap accessible room for my elderly Mother. The shower still could have been more sanitized. The living room couch had a spot on one of the seating pillow. I liked the breakfast provided however the grill cook was very short and somewhat rude to customers. A dog of one the guess ran through lobby briefly. Overall, the front desk hospitality was the best and the beds slept well.
