How gorgeous it was

How you have to pay for concerts at the hotel when you’re in their hotel, should’ve been free for all customers staying at the hotel. Parking was crazy. Breakfast should’ve been free to all hotel stays, at least one night. And the biggest one is that you have to check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. Not cool because paying customers are Not getting their full 24 hours. Then to say to check in early or check out late you’ll owe them money. I stated you all will owe me money because I can’t check in until 4 pm and that’s only 19 hours Not 24. Don’t play with me when it comes to numbers, it’s a rip off. That needs to change ASAP

we had a problem with our room. had trouble getting in our room and then air conditioner was making an ungodly noise, and had to shut it off at 11pm very uncomfortable. Had them check it next morning and they couldn’t fix it so we had to move rooms.. I had paid for a King with balcony and got moved to ground level and 2 queens. Was not happy.. we was celebrating 40 yrs. Was told to move beds together but don’t sleep in middle!! Really!!! Was not happy with the last 2 days of our trip!! Sill had trouble with door getting in. Had to try over 10-15 times each time!!! You need to have better customer service!!!

Very nice room with plenty of space. The restaurant is ❤️‍🔥 and it's a very nice atmospheres. The staff is pretty nice and It's just all around beautiful Hotel for he money.

There was a small stain on the pillow case and the street sign could use some lights. I passed it a few times and almost turned into the wrong road leading out.

I didn't find any breakfast on site. I didn't have the reservation in my name and thought everyone was going to be mad at me. Amber was awesome.

The hotel wasn't serviced and there were not enough towel. I didn't think there would be a direct deposit and I was charged $1000. I need to get that back because my rent is due and I have not been reimbursed.

Room was very clean and beautiful! I liked that they had robes available. The bed was very comfortable!

Security pounded on the door at 11:00 pm because "I don't have anyone in this room.". We checked in after 10:00 pm and apparently they were not alerted about our stay. We were in bed when this occurred. It was pretty frightening.

The location & price was great, centrally located & easy to find. The rooms & facility was clean & welcoming.

The bed was hard & not at all comfortable but the room itself was very nice, the bed was just not comfortable.

The room was very nice and perfectly clean. There is so much to do right on the property without leaving.

If you are going there to sleep on the weekends you will want the side of hotel opposite the outdoor pool because the music is very loud until 10:00.

Very nice room, very nice pool, really enjoyed the live music.

I booked, and payed for my stay on line with booking .com, then the hotel charged my card a second time for the same stay. Update, I did get ahold of management, and it looks like it was an error with booking.com. she was extremely helpful with getting the issue resolved, and is sending me a voucher for another stay...

Property is gorgeous; lots to do around the area...especially in the summer! Excellent customer service- We went for breakfast the following morning and the restaurant chef wasn’t able to make it in due to inclement weather; Marley (I’m not sure his position) offered to make us scrambled eggs as it was the only thing on the menu he was confident he could serve. We ended up with a wonderful spread of fresh fruit, eggs, crispy bacon and yummy toast!!! Talk about going above and beyond!

The bed was comfy, it was very modern with decor, the lamp in the room is awesome. Loved the shower and the robes.

The only thing I could possibly suggest is to have the cleaning crew check the tops of the headboards . They are pretty dusty. I noticed dust hanging down so I looked at the top of it. No big deal though.
