Super 8 by Wyndham Ava

everything… All of the staff were more than personable and very very helpful… One of the cleaning ladies… And I did not get her name… But she was absolutely fabulous… Visited with us about some of our local questions and made sure we had the right amount of clean towels… Extremely personable and very helpful… Everyone from the front desk on was excellent.

what’s not to like about it… Everything was great…

everything was fine except the ac was turned off and it took almost a day to cool off and when it did it was middle of night n=because i cranked it up and then it was freezing and i liked everything but with no pool and a small cereal and yoast breakfast it was a bit over priced.but all staff was fine

My problem is with Booking.com. since I have a pet, which Booking doesn't cover (just adults and children) I was told "You had a room downstairs but since you have a pet you have to go upstairs!" So I now can't use Booking because I must call the hotel directly and advise them I have a small dog that is completely housebroken! It seem with a pet you get the substandard rooms. The hotel was satisfactory except for a stroke patient with an ankle brace having to negotiate the stairs. Booking needs to be more flexible for a guest needs, so none of my stays across the country can now count.

Breakfast was grab and go and the selection was minimal but offered fulfilling items. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

The restrooms and the corners of rooms need some assistance including headboards. The breakfast worker did not speak to me at all until I spoke to her. No phone service really in this town

The area was beautiful. The hotel is in a good location and we had a good hotel room

The should take care of the mold in the bathroom.

Our experience at the Super 8 in Ava, Missouri was great. We arrived in the late evening and just needed a place to sleep. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Our room did not have bedding for the sleeper sofa. We were carrying a sleeping bag and used that since it was late.

Did not eat your breakfast. Liked the pet feiendly room. I have a great dane and he is afraid of stairs. The staff gave us a room on the first floor right by the door.

Maybe paint the walls by the bed. They were all scraped off.

the hotel was within driving distance to where we wanted to go and see what we wanted to see with out having to drive to far out of our way. it was nice and quiet. we stayed an extra night. the room was nice and cool when we came back from our visit in the city.

It’s been updated and the whole place is really nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly too, im glad to give a high rating to this super 8

The air conditioner was just slightly weak, but it still worked so that’s okay !!

good desk space, microwave and mini-fridge helpful, laundry facilities were much appreciated! Good coffee in room

lots of lamps in room, but overall dim lighting
