Location was good and housekeeping staff very helpful.
1. they gave our handicap room away because we didn’t arrive when we stated, but we were there around 8p. They offered second floor and husband has scooter. 2. they were renovating, so no fridge, microwave, or tiles above shower insert. housekeeper let us look at room and found us a coffee pot.

the customer service was very good, and the hotel in general was clean, rooms were big, and the beds were very comfortable, it was in a good location,.
i liked everything about the hotel, very neat, safe, understanding, and the hotel was quiet. the rooms were very nice and clean, and they were very helpful, and the staff treated me like a guest and not just a visitor.

Breakfast was good. Room very clean. We had a nice visit all in all.
Tissues in the room would be nice. Soap dispensers should be kept full. Chair was broken and a second chair would have been nice. Toilet is too low, comfort height toilets are helpful and a grab bar would have helped to stand up.
