Comfort Inn & Suites Crystal Inn Sportsplex Gulfport

The breakfast was nice every morning. The room was nice and clean. It was an easy access to the highway. The AC worked great. The staff was friendly and if we needed something for the room they were happy to supply towels.

The road getting to the hotel was rough and huge pot holes. You really had to maneuver your car so you would not hit the big pot holes and at night if you did not know they were there it could have cause damage to your car and tires and that was the only way in and out. The other issue I had was the man sleeping under the tree in front of the hotel. The doors did into the building did not lock so he could come in an out as he pleased. The entry that you should be using with your card to get in did not work work the slider looked liked it had been vandalized and never fixed. The shower head was crusted over and did not work well. We went to Walmart and bought a new one a used it while we were there and put the other one back on when we left.

The staff was amazing and excellent. They made accommodations for every they could. Really cared about the guests.

The price was very high for the quality of the rooms. The property really needs a lot of little maintenance. Caulk around tubs. The lamps on bedside tables were very rusted. The door frames on all doorways needed some attention too. The stairwell carpets need to be cleaned desperately. Just a lot of little maintenance that would make a huge difference.

The room was clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good but needed more selection.

Even though it was a non-smoking hotel, every time we left our room, the hallway and elevator reaked off weed smell. It was too the point of getting sick at times. The parking lot was no better. I complained to the attendant, who explained that more people were complaining. They tried to mask it with air freshener to no avail. I don't blame the hotel for inconsiderate people, but I do blame them for lack of enforcement.

I like customer service she was very honest,the lady at the front desk helped allot she was new but she tried to be as patient as possible.

On the details it had said it was a smoking room and on the pictures it had a hot tub I called and confirmed I didn't make it a big deal or tought less becasue since tought if I paid for the best room I wouldn't have an issue. Once I got there notice that it did not have a hot tub and also that even it said it was non smoking it smelled like smoke.

Room and affordable

Cleanliness of breakfast area. Tables were not clean. A roach was on the floor. The attendant spent most of her time at the main counter talking the the hotel clerk. The entrance and driveway area needed to be cut, manicured and cleaned up. Too much trash and debris. it takes away from the lovely appearance of this property. They should probably purchase that empty lot next to it and keep it clean or speak with whoever owns it about cleaning it up.

The front desk personnel "Tina" she was me than I expected, very helpful,professional and kind. She went beyoud helpful. I did however, didnt enjoy the other guests! They were up late talking and arguing. Then, around 530 am someone was doing their laundry and that was the needle that broke the came back with me. There were children running wild in the hall at 600am the day of check out! Otherwise, I would stay there again. Breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean.

I didnt like the rude quests! they were up early running in the hall and washing in the laundry room at 530am. Too many kids for my taste

It was close to the destination that we were going to, and good and quiet 😄

Our room had the roof in front of our window. Yes I did ask for the front but not with that in front. Didn't have trash cans nor lamp covers for our lamps but the staff that was on did bring them in. Over all it was ok.

Price was right for the hotel

Indoor pool very nice but can't swim too cold Need heated pool most indoor pools are heated for year round usage need to improve Outdoor jacuzzi would be nice you have the patio for it

I liked the price and that the location was just off the interstate. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. We left before breakfast, so we can't rate that.

It's a little confusing to find if using gps as it's hidden behind a truck stop. The place needs repair and updating.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s the only place I like to stay when I’m in this area. Good location and friendly staff.

only issues I had with this stay was the fridge apparently needed defrosting because the freezer was loaded with frost ice the door could barely shut and it was leaking water inside. And the cable channels could definitely use an upgrade the channels are limited which really sucks!
