Hampton Inn Greenwood

Welcoming staff (reception and cafe), clean interior hallways, clean exterior. Due to the Covid aftermath room service isn’t on an automatic basis instead per request which can be something to consider. Breakfast was included with the stay; coffee/tea conveniently located in the lobby and cafe area. Refrigerator and microwave located in the room also. My overall stay minus a few cleaning concerns/requests everything was pleasant. Thanks for everything! 🙂

Lack of trash pickup upon request. For future reference, due to the covid aftermath, it will be proactive to leave additional trash bags in the room to eliminate a trash mess, especially with limited housekeeping provided. Thanks in advance!

Would like more selection like old breakfast from days gone bye.

Friends had to wait pass check in time to get room.lots confusion during other unhappy as we were waiting.unable check out system down.not able have $40.00 returned .could not request my reward points for 2 rooms staff was awesome all shifts.will stay at location if in area again.

My stay was excellent. I stay here at least once a month in the last few months. The rooms were very clean. The lobby, going up the elevator etc. needs updating. Marcus at the front desk, was absolutely awesome. He helped me get my information straighten out as an Honors member.

I felt the breakfast was good. I felt the staff was friendly. I felt housekeeping was good.

I didn't like that my reservation was cancelled, because I didn't respond to a call that was sent to me the day of my arrival in a timely manner. However, I was able to be rebooked for the days I requested. Even though I had to pay a different price then I initially was given.

At the time of reservation we were told we would have a folding bed available for our small daughter but at arrival we were told it was a fire hazard since the room already had two beds. We were able to make a pallet on the floor with the help of the nice staff though.

Breakfast was great, the switched it up a little each day, but all good choices. Location was great, located around stores and restaurants. Walmart 2 mins away

No complaints about anything, everything was great and comfortable for myself and my family.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a good size. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was close to the Museum of the Mississippi Delta.

The breakfast was just okay, not too many choices.

The staff was very helpful. Danielle was very professional and knowledgeable; I was having problems with printing a document and she was a godsend. The breakfast was more than I could have expected, the food was very fresh.

I liked everything, no complaints.

I was particularly impressed with the staff. The late night guy, Marcus, was a huge help, as was a young woman who was at the counter during normal work hours. One of the guys -- know idea of his position -- recommended a BBQ place that was first rate. From cleaning staff to front desk, I could not have asked for more. Someone's done a good job of hiring.

Greenwood is not the most happening place I've visited, but that has nothing to do with the motel.

The breakfast was really good. I was shocked. The lady was nice and helpful.

I liked everything about my stay. Incy the front desk clerk, was very nice and professional. He also got the check in line very fast since everyone was on there way to the same event.
