Marina was very helpful and polite on check in. I had an issue with the first room and she quickly got me into another room. The lady the next morning to check me out was also very friendly, polite and professional. Great customer service!!
Both rooms I was in could use some basic, simple repairs that hadn't been done. The door on my first room had an almost 2 inch gap at the bottom 😳 I was afraid of something crawling underneath it. The second room had a toilet and toilet seat that was so loose I thought I was going to fall off. Whoever cleaned it should have fixed that immediately before someone stayed there.

N/A. The room was ok. The only problem was the air kept going off and stayed off too long; the room got hot and uncomfortable. It was very spacious. The housekeeper that came by was very nice and friendly.
How long the air stayed off in the room. We tried to reset it, it didn't work. I really don't have any complaints. The sofa had spots but a little awesome or upholstery cleaner would clean it up. We used the chairs so it didn't bother us so much.
