Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus

The staff was very friendly, inside hotel was clean, delicious breakfast with a good variety of stuff, every night they had complimentary coffee, water and snacks in the lobby which was a kind gesture

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool. The picture showed a pool and a hot tub and it was only a small pool and it was very dirty. I was from out of town and planned on being at the pool a lot and was disappointed in it being so dirty so I didn’t go in at all

This was the first stay during our week vacation where the room was clean and issue-free. We were reassured if anything wasn't to our liking, the manager would make it right, but there wasn't any need as it was great. Good, plentiful breakfast and recycling available! We didn't find that at any of the local stays. We would definitely stay there and only there again.

Hi it was nice and clean .The worker's we're nice. I would stay again.They had treats for the customer that was really nice .

My reservation wasn't ready when I arrive. . They didn't have trowels ready the next morning..overall the hotel was really nice. Eventually they got the towels together and they were white nice towels keep up the good work

Everything!! I liked everything about the property. I especially liked the location, and it is right off the interstate and well lighted. Restaurants, shopping centers, hospitals, other health facilities, a Mall, & a diverse eatery surrounded the inn's location. My grandson liked the breakfast, swimming pool, exercise room with the latest exercise equipment, and the idea; there were sweets( cookies) and coffee near check-in. He thought that was nice and a warm welcome to stay with confidence.

No complaints. Lots of parking spaces and outside family gatherings.

short staffed check in was 3pm I didn’t get my room until almost 6:30pm no compensation of any sort was offered …but in the property defense they were very short staffed (house keepers)

The staff & nice room. I reserved the room for 2 days as I was there for a wake & only stayed for one because of the weather. You the staff was nice enough to only charge me for the one day. Thanks

The traffic was loud. You can not control that but next time I would request a room on the other side.

The staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The location was close to alot of things.

I didn’t like the attitude the front desk worker had check in time was 3:00 I arrived at 6 and she told me the rooms where not available because they had not ben cleaned I left and came back 2 hrs later and they still weren’t ready as I stood at the desk she never stood up jus sat down and talked.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean along with the bathroom and shower .

Had an issue with the lock on the door, and for some odd reason, the tv was unplugged

The location was great close to everything you needed. The staff was excellent, and the rooms were nice and neat. I would highly recommend this hotel.
