Beautiful room , very cozy and lovely, The jacuzzi and the fireplace were perfect. It was a wonderful way to unwind after our dinner in downtown Stillwater. I understand due to COVID not being able to host the breakfast part , so including the gift card to Mon Cheri was a super nice touch. It was the perfect romantic get away within an hour of home. It was so cozy and comfy , we loved it :)

The carport needed to be shoveled and salted, it was super slippery .. A curtain over the window on the door to the bathroom for the sake of privacy would be nice The robes should be super sized XXXL Another shelf in the closet for a small microwave. I think a bigger TV would be cool, but thats just a personal preference An Amazon dot for music instead of the lil stereo/CD player on the shelf by the bed

This a quaint home 3 blocks from the main area of Stillwater. Off street parking. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Quiet area.

There was a small common fridge. It would be nice to have a small fridge in room. No ice readily available. Had to ask for it, which was okay during the day, but did not want to bother Rachel and Eddie at 9pm at night for ice.

The carriage room that included a car port was beautiful clean and roomy. The fire place and Jacuzzi we're the frosting on the cake. Unfortunately there were NO staff members to communicate with.

No staff members and the ceiling fan did not work.

The location was great for walking to downtown shops and restaurants. The room was exceptional and very well maintained. We booked the Carriage house for our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better experience. The gift cards given to the local restaurants were a great replacement for breakfast!

The contactless check-in process was easy. The house is beautiful. They have games and magazines for guests. Although they don’t serve breakfast, they offer gift cards to nearby restaurants. The Lowell Inn was a beautiful place to eat.

Everything was great. I had no complaints with our stay.

Miss habing breakfast on site, and cafe was a little ways away, but the food was good. Service was very good and extras like pop in fridge was also nice to have.

Beautiful setting! Close to town so we could walk places. Quiet.

It was unfortunate that they didn’t serve breakfast. I didn’t realize that was the case until after we booked. I missed the interaction with the owners. We did receive a gift card to a restaurant in town which was nice.

We loved the house and especially enjoyed the 3 season porch on our room which we could even use in January.

Unfortunately they do not have breakfast on site due to covid concerns.

The staff went above and beyond. I had a plan “A” to propose to my lady but due to weather issues it fell apart I asked what I could do to make it special and within a half an hr I had a romantic gondola ride booked and she said yes. Thank you.

Nothing. I will stay here again and again

A wonderful bed and breakfast in a beautiful part of Stillwater, just about three steep blocks from the main strip on the St. Croix River. Rachelle, who runs the Aurora Staples Inn, was extremely kind and helpful. Beautiful rooms, just what you'd want from a B&B in this town.
