Americas Best Value Inn & Suites-Spring Valley

This hotel exceded our expectations. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room appeared updated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Many great breakfast options including both hot and cold foods. Located close to downtown and the highway making it easy to get to surrounding attractions. Common areas of the hotel were quiet and well lit. We were on 1st floor and never heard anyone above us. Onsite laundry was a bonus as it allowed me to wash our dirty swim suits and towels prior to coming home. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The drapes were thin and didn't block the AM sun well and were difficult to close.

We had a wonderful stay at this motel and our room was very clean and the breakfast was great! Our host was very friendly and assured us that if we needed anything he was more than happy to help us!

I came here years ago. I can tell it changed owners. I loved the decor changes. Cute curtains little baskets for coffee. New furniture. It's clean and friendly. Nothing amazing but a great value for what you get.

I asked for handicap room was told up charge for it . Ok but then found it was a king bed. I’m traveling with a friend, we like each other but not enough to sleep in one bed! They moved us to a regular queen room but didn’t refund extra for handicap room. Another 10$

The bed was very comfortable. The TV was good. The hotel was very nice, it was in the perfect location to go to for daughters winery as well as the winery and brewery both in Fountain.

For my friend and I the continental breakfast was lacking a bit.

Clean, well run property. Good parking and room access. Everything was great incl. bed & pillows. Fridge with ice compartment. Ice machine nearby.

Breakfast was average, mostly carb-based/Continental.

Our stool got plugged up and I had to use the plunger (not a problem) but the plunger holder needed cleaned badly. It was extremely dirty and had "stuff" on it from previous usage.

Room was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable plenty of pillows, room was 70 degrees before I got there, room was open and had a nice chair to lounge in, Hotel was right next to a Casey's, up the road from a diner, plan to stay again in the future.

Everything besides those 2 things. Staff very pleasant nice respectful. Price big room big bed 2 tvs big bed.

Jacuzzi was dirty when turned jets on nasty stuff waa floating in it and had to get out and not go in there. Bug bummer bc thats my fav thing wit the room. Very hard furniture bed way to stiff to sleep on chair and couch stiff to kick back and get comfy. But it worked.

Loved having outlets on the lamps so we could plug in chargers & my CPAP without moving the bed (our last hotel stay-different hotel). Great to have mini-frig too. Breakfast was not wonderful, but enough to tide us over until lunch.

More breakfast options (eggs, etc.).
