Sink in bathroom drained very very slow. In the pool there were children in the hot tub with floating and you couldn't even get in it. I got hit in the face by a football being thrown in the regular pool twice. Hard to enjoy the pool area. No tables or chair space available either.

Was in a perfect location to the church where we were at for a funeral. Room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Front desk staff were very kind & helpful We really enjoyed the restaurant and had some fabulous food. Staff there too were excellent. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel, and we have had many a hotel breakfast. The man working was very efficient about keeping up with replenishing food. Hot foods were hot. Has a very nice pool & hot tub. Just a short drive to the downtown area and riverwalk. We would definitely stay here again.
Room had a slight musty odor. In a spa room so probably why. Difficult to turn left across 169 upon leaving hotel due to large amount of traffic in town this weekend for an event

The air jet tub was amazing. Along with the two shower heads and body sprays, it was like having your own personal water park. Of course, there is also a pool with water slide and hot tub on the property.
The internet/wifi connection was useless. It was slow and kind of worked for a moment and then not. Also, maybe they use the same service for the TV because the guide was a nightmare to navigate and shows would start to play and then stop. I don't watch much TV so this wasn't a problem for me.

We tried to check in early, but our room was not available and we were traveling an hour and a half from the facility. Around 9:30 PM I received a call from the facility asking if I was still coming. I stated I was but it would be later as I was out of town for a wedding they said no problem and please make sure to call the front desk when you get here so we can let you in, we arrived at midnight. The clerk was very friendly. The room was clean hotel was quiet overall a good experience.

The hot breakfast was very good, they had restraunt style Dishes, no plastic or paper wear, it felt to me, very upscale. The breakfast staff were working hard to keep everything stocked, clean and nice.
The only complaints would be, the spa suite could use anouther towel hanger for the awesome towls they have, and the spa tub was hard to step into because it sits higher up, I'm on the shorter side, so I had to be careful getting in and out. Otherwise our room was really nice!

Very clean. The beds were comfortable and the food was excellent in the restaurant. They were very accommodating on letting us park our mtn. Bikes in the room overnight too.
The restaurant vibe was pretty outdated. Jazzy music playing and the decor felt like I was in the early 90's. Felt pretty out of place in shorts and a t-shirt! Lol! The food was excellent tho!

I booked online and gave an estimated arrival time but ran into construction so wound up three hours later (after 10 p.m.) for check in. I called staff when i was running late and there were very friendly and were able to accommodate me. Staff is great and i like staying here.
Not a complaint but this place is popular so always make sure to book in advance.

Friendliness of staff, quick to help and check in. Location was ideal, room was clean and we slept good on beds. Enjoyed the tub/ shower combo. Over all we had a great time.
One of our menu items wasn’t as expected. We ordered a shrimp basket with fries for grandson and it came as a wrap sandwich with no shrimp in it. That was disappointing.

Clean and comfortable. I made a mistake with my reservation and the staff was helpful and understanding. I caused *them* an inconvenience and yet they were very kind! I appreciated that very much.
It was slightly awkward to get into the parking lot, but that's not something they can change—just be aware it's a bit of a runaround.
