Omni Viking Lakes

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The facilities were amazing, modern, and high-quality. The management was extremely helpful in arranging a beautiful evening for my mother and her husband, whom I was treating. They really went the extra mile to make it a wonderful stay. Thank you so much!

Nothing could have been outright better. The prices of the spa are very high, however, and that might deserve a second look. $350 + required 22% tip for a couple's massage is somewhat inconsistent with the Twin Cities market.

wonderfully accommodating staff, the hotel feels like a resort as you have multiple restaurants to choose from, beautiful grounds, a glorious spa and fabulous gym. I could live here. it’s my second staycation and I look forward to my next.

Everything was so beautifully done. The staff was absolutely amazing and made sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. I even got a little birthday gift from both the hotel front desk, and the Ember and Ice restaurant. Everyone in the hotel spoke to you whether you were arriving, departing, or even if they saw you five minutes ago. The rooms were beautiful and I got some of the best sleep ever in that bed. This property is filled with some of the most genuine people I have ever met. We can’t wait to go back!!

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was everytime I ran into one of them. The gentleman who was bartending even remembered my name the next day when he was working in the coffee bar. Even at the ember and ice restaurant the we ate at, every single employee would stop by to make sure we were doing ok or if we needed anything. I will be staying here again. Very clean, gorgeous building inside and out (especially at night) I wish I could have stayed longer.

Greeted anytime you passed the front desk. Brand new hotel so it was super clean and nicely decorated. Are at the restaurant downstairs one night. So good! Plush mattresses, high ceilings, fancy shower, so pampered! I even loved the bathrobes! Prepare to be spoiled!

Stunning brand new Omni property adjacent to the Minnesota Vikings training center. A Beautiful walking path connects the 2. Rooms modern, quiet and very comfortable. We were treated wonderfully for our celebration, with Champagne in room upon arrival, complimentary wine at dinner. We were able to check in at noon vs 3pm. We dined at both restaurants and the food and drinks were superb. We also enjoyed a cocktail at the lobby bar and coffee and breakfast at coffee shop. Friendly and knowledgeable wait staff and bartenders. This hotel is conventionally located off 494. Nice pool and large workout room on second floor as well as a spa. Fun Nordic theme to the hotel. Highly recommend and we definitely will return.

Stayed there twice one time on a week day not so busy and it was nice lived up to expectations stayed there on a weekend and it was like a childrens resort didn’t live up to hype the restaurant food wasn’t as good and the service there sucked and the lady that check me in wasn’t so bright lack of common sense and kinda rude

Beautiful Hotel in great location! Just minutes from Airport, dining, and shopping. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. I plan to make this my go-to Hotel for sure when visiting the Twin Cities. All the staff were friendly and professional. Also, LOVED the purple lights on exterior at night. Go Vikings!!
