Element Bloomington Mall of America

It is like brand new (maybe it is)! Very clean and well-designed. Very comfortable. I loved and enjoyed the room. It is not huge but you have even a little kitchen. Breakfast is located in a very limited area but it is good quality. You can enter the facility from any door by using your key card. Staff is nice. Housekeeping do their job perfectly. It is located right next to the Mall of America. You can spend 2-3 entire days in there. Even though it is not very close to the City, you can take the Blue Line (Metro) to go Minnehaha Falls and Downtown without any other transportation.

Everything about the hotel is amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff was great! Free breakfast and evening snacks were really good features and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Plus, they have on-site BBQ rentals for gatherings! The wi-fi is great because you can use either individual room wi-fi, or use hotel wide. On site grab 'n go snacks and 2 restaurants nearby in the same parking lot! Mall of America is only a 2 minute walk away, and IKEA is a 10 minute walk away. They do have 2 LRT stations nearby; 30th St. Station is a 5 minute walk, as is Mall of America's station if you're looking to explore downtown Minneapolis.

The only issue is the airplanes. MSP International is not far from the hotel, and one of the runways is located just over the highway, meaning you will hear a plane take off every 20-30 seconds. No need for an alarm clock!

Like to crash here after flying into MSP late in the evening. Rooms are impeccably clean and the pool is nice. Breakfast is great for the price - there's hot food and lots of choices. You can literally see the rail station and it's right next to the aquarium at the MOA if you are looking for something fun in walking distance. Pro tip - we usually take the rail from the airport, since it's super convenient and only a few stops. The rail stopped running at around midnight, and because our flight was delayed we had to use an app to get a car. Sadness. If you land after midnight, call ahead so they can check you in over the phone.

Everything was bright and clean. The air conditioning on each floor was amazing after coming in from a hot day. It was refreshing! Rooms were very comfortable, I especially loved the filtered water tap by the kitchenette sink. All amenities were provided. Breakfast was very good! I especially loved the ceramic mugs provided for coffee and the additional choices of soy and almond milk. The little cheese egg bites were so fluffy! My family also enjoyed the pool in the evening!

The planes flying overhead were really loud but it’s hard to help that when located next to an airport.

The facility overall is very clean. The rooms were clean and very spacious for 3 children. I called the hotel and told them I will be arriving late, and when I checked in, it was fast and smooth! I always greeted on my way in and out of the facility with a smile. On my accommodations, I also requested a room away from the elevators to avoid loud noises for my infant and was not denied! We didn't eat breakfast because we had to leave early but overall this a great hotel!

Parking lot was always full and we had to park in the parking garage which we didn't like because the parking garage doesn't have any surveillance cameras. Rooms were kind of dusty and it was making me sneeze and having a runny nose alot. Someone kept knocking on my door at night and when we opened the door to look it was a little kid so we had to tell them to stop.

This was my third or fourth stay at the Element - love the location, it's next door to Mall of America and the transit station is right there also. There's a parking ramp near the main entrance that's free to use so the vehicle stays out of the weather and more secure than sitting in an open parking lot. Rooms and facilities are modern and in great condition. Love the included breakfast and appreciate being greeted by staff saying, "Welcome back!" On this trip we came to town to shop and attend a concert. Parked in the hotel ramp and didn't use the vehicle again until we left to head home. We walked over to the mall to shop and then later took the Blue Line to US Bank Stadium and back which was $4 per ticket for a six hour pass. Will I stay at the Element again? Absolutely.

Would have loved a coupon code! Seriously though, there are places that are cheaper but then you add in parking, travel time/expense to attractions, what you'd pay for a good breakfast, etc. and I consider the Element to be very worth it.

Every staff person we interacted with was cheerful, accomodating, and answered the questions we had about the area. They even had a couple bandaids when I needed one for a minor cut. The facility was very clean and I loved the decor! The saltwater pool and hot tub were amazing. The breakfast was very good and had healthy options. The area for breakfast was well staffed and clean. Then to top it all off there was a Jura coffee/espresso machine in the lobby!!! Oh...the workout room...large, great airflow, and lots of options!! I will definitely stay here again!

It although it was pretty close to the airport inside the building you couldn't even hear the airplanes and street noise from the mall streets were clean as well. Staff working Awesomensss!!! Best customer service. I happen to meet another family enjoying more than just the mall ... so it was super Kool! We've been to Mall of America before, but we added on to our family since the last trip so we decided to set up to go again. We will be back.

The room/studio was super clean... I'm not sure how to explain it, but you could smell the clean, not a chemical smell, just fresh. When we arrived in the evening, they had warm cookies and looseleaf herbal tea in the lobby! Perfect for relaxation after a long day of shopping.The beds were very comfortable, and the studio had a well equipped kitchenette. The staff was kind and welcoming. For the price, I was totally impressed. This was a wonderful introduction to Minnesota! Thank you

This was our first time at Element. I stay in hotels often and this one was wonderful. Upon arrival, staff were very friendly to my Daughter and I. When walking through lobby, staff made sure to keep asking if we were having a good time for my Daughter's Birthday and if we needed directions, etc. The room was more than I expected with a full kitchen. It was beautiful. We had the pool to ourselves in the evening and morning and it was lovely. In the morning we had a wonderful conversation out on the patio with the gardener. She was a fantastic person as well. Will definitely stay again as we are only an hour away, but enjoy the mall.

I can't say anything that I would change. Our experience at Element was wonderful.
