Nice selection for breakfast! The coffee was really good. Staff was friendly. Loved the patio area...we ordered a pizza and had drinks out there.

The elevator stopped on us on our way down...we called front desk and we were helped immediately.

Everything was great except the breakfast was not ready at 7am both days. I had to be somewhere and waiting for the breakfast to get put out was a little disappointing. But the food was good once it was out. .

I didn’t try the breakfast. It didn’t look appetizing. Although I did order a drink at the bar and the bartender was lovely! I wish I could remember her name. The location was a little too far for my liking. It’s also right by food places that closes extremely early.

Extend the bar/room service hours. With everything closing so early around them, you can’t get anything after 10pm. The pool area, closes at 10 as well. Doesn’t have adult time separate from kids. The pool is also abnormally cold!!!!!! My son and I couldn’t even get in, it was so cold!!!!

Loved having the pool and gym on site, very handy to burn off the kids steam and not feel like I missed out on working out whole out of town. Location is perfect, close to everything we did and not too busy of an area compared to other parts of Troy. Across from tower drive is a Starbucks! And there's a chipotle at the end of tower drive when you come into the road the hotel is on. Room was a good size. Comfy beds. Bathtub if you have kids is nice. The common areas are nice and spacious, nice outdoor patio.

Breakfast wasn't included, would have had to pay extra so we opted to go to restaurants nearby based on reviews of others who stayed here. The Keurig in the room is in the absolute worst spot, it's near impossible to put the water in or the k cup , you have to completely pull it out and manage to hold it with one hand to do so. When I notified the front desk that the Keurig wasn't working properly he told me they'd be sure to replace it, we got back that night and it was the same Keurig in there. The room needed to be cleaner before we checked in, someone very quickly vacuumed it, did not pay attention to detail, someone needs to deep clean that room. A thorough vacuuming, really wipe down every surface and give the bathroom floor a good scrub, it would make all the difference. I was surprised at how dirty it was for how new the hotel is.
